Brad is a conscientious man with good insight on what needs to be done and then does it efficiently. Brad posses a quiet helpful demeanor who makes him very easy to work with. I had shower stall "issues" after another contractor had repaired them with subsequent leaking and Brad did all that was required for a bathroom redo and a necessary repair in the master shower as well. I was and am still am pleased with the results. Brad is also very conscious of protecting hardwood and carpet that must be walked on by repair people and then when all was done a good clean up so there was no work residue or any damage.

I hired Skyline Construction last year to finish my basement. I was little nervous going in since it was my first time hiring a general contactor. Brad was prompt and courteous with the quote process, and answered any questions I had. Once hired, he made sure everything was in order prior to the job. Also shared few ideas on how to save on costs - for example, I did all the painting, which saved great deal. I also found his approach to the hourly charges vs. set contact fees helpful, as I could add/subtract from the original plan as the renovations went on. He showed great patience as I was brought up to speed on most of the renovation 101's and also gave me lots of hints as I was painting. The finished basement looks great, and I am enjoying the space very much. In the end, the overall cost was higher than originally quote, but again, that was a function of my change in mind in higher finishes on the flooring and lighting from the original estimate. With that said, the total cost was still lower than other contractors' fixed quote amounts - and those quotes was with lower quality finishing. The flexibility with Skyline Construction was a major positive, and ensures that both the client and the contractor doesn't feel "cheated" at the end of the project. I would recommend this company to others.

We hired Skyline Construction to develop our basement. It went from an unusable space to an area of our home we use all the time. They were upfront with the cost estimates and for the most part were on time. We also hired Skyline to add a bench/locker system in our mudroom and it turned out better than we imagined. I would definitely recommend Skyline Construction to others and would use them again.

Was able to take over some items on my house flip that the other carpenters couldn't seem to finish or get completed in a timely fasion. Price was spot on and goes the extra mile to make sure it's done right. Highly recommend brad and especially his electrician! Regards Jessy bushell

Skyline was hired to help with renovating a warehouse...turning it into off-site meeting space. They also installed an Ikea Kitchen and Bathroom. His prices were in the middle of other quotes. Professional staff, great work and clean up. I would highly recommend Skyline Construction and will have them back for our next renovation.
