STUDIO FAUVE

We moved into our new apartment as our family was growing. I was unsure I wanted to hire someone to source furniture, but tried it. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. It was a great call, and after almost a year, we are almost done. Charlotte meticulously scanned the apartment, measured, took photos, color palettes etc. She came back armed with proposals and delivered a phenomenal presentation with pictures, floors plans, and visuals. It made a world of a difference. Of course, there were some iterations and that's where Charlotte exceled in providing feedback from my choices, always keeping the project goals of track: we wanted something minimalist and simple, modern yet classic, a fine balance to find. I will also credit her for amazing patience and professionalism. A home is personal and emotional, and it takes a personality to deal with people. Besides the full interior design services, sourcing of 3 bedrooms' furniture, wallpaper, art, decor etc. we also worked on the family room, i.e. living/dining room and the a large portion of the project included custom millwork. I was impressed by the renderings, drawings and project management skills of the team. Everything was completed perfectly and the built-in bookcase/desk is a beautiful piece. Again, a great balance of being an eye-catcher without being the center of attention of the room. Overall, a great experience, and we will definitely work with Charlotte at Studio Fauve again, I can't imagine doing it on my own now!

We have never worked with an interior designer in our lives, and we're first time home-buyers/apartment buyers. And, we couldn't be happier that we chose to do it! The Studio Fauve team is responsive, professional, willing to work back-and-forth/open to changes, and they have impeccable taste! We were looking to make our bare bones and extremely un-designed place a boho california look. Charlotte nailed it! She not only captured what we wanted, but she truly picked out the most tasteful, clean, and well-designed pieces. She also comes with a phenomenal team of architects and mill-workers for custom furniture if you need. We had the most beautiful banquet, custom shelf, and closet made, that were all designed with beautiful oak wood and rattan in-lays, which truly makes our apartment cozy, classy, and extremely functional. If you want to work with a team that knows how to design for NY Apartments, will listen to your taste, and truly bring it a step further, they're amazing!

Charlotte is incredible to work with! She not only immediately understood what my style was and what I was looking for, but also elevated it and brought in her expertise to make it even more perfect than I had imagined. It's exactly what I wanted and much better than what I asked for :) She also had a great network to bring in to the project including a fantastic millworker who brought the statement island that Charlotte designed to life. Couldn't be happier with the end product or my experience working with Charlotte.

I hired Studio Fauve last year to design my one bedroom apartment. Charlotte was extremely professional and easy to work with through all stages of the project. She selected paint colors, window treatments, lighting fixtures, and furniture. She also designed a custom banquette that really gives the apartment a unique look. Charlotte did a great job listening to my needs as a client and I love how the apartment came together. I would definitely work with Studio Fauve again in the future.

Charlotte helped me fill my new home last year and I had a great experience. She had great taste, was super responsive, and very hands on. She understood my vision and helped elevate it. She was very detail oriented and for someone who is as picky as me also being a first time homeowner, that was very important.
