I have had my shutters over 5 years. I love them and several friends have chosen them after seeing mine. I had my first problem with a pin coming out of one shutter. I was so worried they would not still be in business. Not only do same family own, they sent Phil, repairman out the next day! He was done in minutes and very nice and respectful in my home. He also waited for me to check every shutter in my home to be sure no further issues. You are Awesome!! I highly recommend these shutters and business. Dorothy in Creedmoor

A few months ago after receiving estimates from other plantation shutters installers, we had Blake, from Sunburst Shutters in Raleigh, come out for an estimate. We were finishing part of our basement and wanted to install plantation shutters on several windows and a door. It was obvious from the start that Blake is an expert with many years’ experience in this field. He brought samples of their products and explained our options. He answered all of my questions in detail and explained why he recommended a particular product for our application. After carefully measuring all windows and doors, Blake completed his estimate in just a few minutes. We had to wait a few weeks for our shutters to be custom built, but It was worth the wait. The Sunburst Polywood plantation shutters were installed on our windows and door in a couple hours by a very careful installation crew. The shutters fit perfectly and look really great. The quality and finish are readily apparent and the shutters operate very smoothly. Although their shutters are slightly more expensive than their competitors’ products, we feel they are well worth the higher price.

Blake the owner is so pleasant to work with. You get a feeling that he knows what he’s talking about and that he’s being honest with you. The Sunburst product is very high quality, I wish we would have done our whole house. The shutters are little pricey (why we didn’t do the whole house) but well worth it. Scheduling and ordering was fast. The shutters took a while to get here but everything is these days. Installation was fast and I’m very happy with our final product! Thanks to Blake and Deborah & their installation team!

Blake has been amazing to work with from the consultation to the installation. The shutters are beautiful and it is incredible how much the shutters help keep our house cool. While we are gone during the day I turn the air up to 85 degrees and this last week when it has been nearly 100 degrees outside normally the house would have gotten up to 85, however not 1 day has it ever gone above 80 degrees. I'm loving coming home and have the house cool without paying for it in my electric bill. Will recommend Blake and will use him again for any future homes. If you are thinking about shutters give Blake a call. You will not regret it.
