Our project was completed in December 2015, and 7 years later, the KCB team will come by for anything needed, whether periodic AC servicing, refinishing the decks, or any other repairs; it's clear they stand by their product and never disappear after things are done. Kevin himself is incredibly knowledgeable. As we uncovered things in our older home, it became clear that there are not many things he has not come across from all the previous projects he's done. And if he doesn't know, he doesn't guess, he'd let me know that he's going to consult a professional and get right back to us. He will advocate for doing things the right way. Kevin has real integrity and is incredibly honest. He doesn't play the "change order" game. His initial quote may not come in the lowest, but we were surprised along the way. There were times when he informed us that work came in under budget and worked with us to provide solutions to create the most value. This was a breath of fresh air compared with our previous renovation projects with other contractors.
