Architects, Architecture Firms, & Building Designers Near Dacre

“We have had the pleasure of working with Phil Lamadeleine and his team at Custom CADD for over 15 years, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the best in the business. As interior designers working on high-end custom homes and renovations, we rely heavily on the quality of the architectural drawings we receive. Phil’s plans are exceptionally accurate, thorough and easy to read. They follow industry standards, contain the level of detail builders and trades actually need, and most importantly, they can be confidently built from. Phil also brings an incredible depth of knowledge to every project. His understanding of the Ontario Building Code and local authorities is exceptional, including the complexities of conservation authorities and Lake Simcoe shoreline properties. When something complicated comes up, Phil is someone you want at the table. But what has kept us working with Phil goes well beyond his technical ability. He is a genuine team player who always has the client’s best interests at heart. He listens to the designer, builder and trades, and there is simply no ego involved. He is responsive, approachable, friendly and just a great guy to work with. His team deserves mention as well. Many of the people working with Phil have been with him for more than a decade. In our industry, that says a lot about the kind of person he is and the business he has built. I’m excited to see Phil bring his years of experience into Lamadeleine Design and this next chapter of his business. And perhaps the strongest recommendation I can give: Phil designed my own home. I trusted him with my house, and if I ever build another one, Phil will absolutely be the person I call. After more than 15 years of working together, I couldn’t recommend Phil and his team more highly.”

“It was truly a pleasure to work with Phil and his colleagues. The first draft of our new house design was spot on with very minor changes. We loved the layout and the detail from the beginning. After that, it was just getting the final building details completed which was just a timing issue to discuss and implement. We would definitely recommend Custom CADD and if we were to build again, we would not look anywhere else. Love the service, the professionalism and the complete process. Thank you.”

“I hired Honey Bee Carpentry to add a bathroom in an unfinished space in my basement. Peter was amazing! Punctual, communicative, fair, professional, yes all of the above. More than that, he was informed, extremely skill and knowledgeable. His attention to detail was very impressive to someone who is detail oriented. I am a real estate investor and I done 3 bathroom renovations in the past year and a half. Peter impressed me. I just wish he lived closer to my other properties! Peter and I will be doing business again.”
