Brian and I have work together on an update to a 1954 mid century daylight basement ranch since 2006. We completely reworked and updated our home and also added a studio/garage. We also kept in mind the mid century character of the structure. Brian is/was great to work with and was willing to accommodate my time lines and preferences. Without Brian's help with this project we would have never come up with some of the outstanding design ideas he had with this project. Functionality and design were/are the most important elements of this project for us. Brian was always on time, on budget, and had invaluable advise and expertise. Brian was indispensable and crucial for us to have help us to realize our vision with this project. Project: develop plans for the remodel of a 1941 Cape Cod bungalow. Chris came up with creative solutions to limitations I thought were imposed by the original style of architecture. He was able to think outside of the Cape Cod box while maintaining the original footprint of the house. A pretty neat trick. Count me impressed.

I highly recommend working with Kendra Duong. She did plans for a large addition to our older home and was so knowledgable, helpful and considerate due to our budget needs. Our plans were approved with no problems from the city and Kendra helped with big decisions with her wealth of knowledge and experience. We feel very lucky that we found Kendra and are very grateful she helped to make our addition so perfect for us.

The design of our home not only fits our new northwest lifestyle but its entire design was created around us. Each room was carefully planned out and is a reflection of our lifestyle. Highly recommended

Troy was great to work with and "held our hands" all the way. He was very creative in designing our Tuscan style house and did considerable research prior to design, which resulted in an excellent finished product. We were in the market for a new home and had looked at a number of new houses. Evergreen Homes blew all of the new constructions out of the water. The house is built with attention to the smallest detail. Ashely and Sean completed a walk through with us and the pride in their work is apparent. We have lived in the house for a couple of months now and Ashely has been responsive and professional when we have contacted him with questions or minor repairs.

Jocelynn was incredibly helpful during our recent condo remodel (we redid our kitchen, two bathrooms, and floors and painting throughout). She was always responsive, and communicated well with us, our designer, and contractor. Throughout the whole process, she was incredibly patient and helpful when questions/issues arose. We're so happy with the end result and would happily work with Jocelynn again in the future!

Jeff was a real pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen, respond, advise and understand what I wanted even when I wasn't sure myself. Paul was such an incredible joy to work with has very professional attitude. He was open to suggestions from us, as well as the contractor. He exceeded expectations on budget and deadlines; we finished our total house remodel in less time than a previous design build firm used to develop concept drawings. His design is clean, modern, adaptable, and perfect. Our home is flooded with light at all times of the year and is super for entertaining. We could easily imagine using him again; he created a home we find hard to leave even for vacations.

Not only did I build my home to my expectations but was able to exceed them with the help of the team. Chris was a pleasure to work with and made our beautiful remodel happen! The scope included a cosmetic kitchen and full bath remodel and new covered porch addition for a 100+ year old bungalow. The design is fresh and functional and blends seamlessly with the historic house. In the concept phase, Chris provided options for the porch design and adding a full bath to the main level. The concepts led us to replace the proposed bath with an outdoor shower that was more affordable and much more fun. The drawings sailed through permitting and the contractor complimented their clarity and thoroughness.

We worked with Patrick, his Murrayhill Remodeling team, and various subs for two projects on our home. Both were done professionally and in a timely manner. Patrick is very knowledgeable and a good listener so he provided useful suggestions while also being respectful of our input. His subs were similarly skilled and easy to work with on both projects. Murrayhill Remodeling was recommended to us by an architect we have used in the past, and we feel comfortable recommending the company as well.
