From the minute I met with them, I felt welcomed and important. After 3 hrs., we had a plan. Over the next 21/2 mos. we tweaked and made the house just as I wanted it. They were very good listeners and strived to please. They would always focus on what I wanted. I would explain why I wanted something and they made it happen.
