Fantastic team, really listened to us about our needs, wants and sometimes outrageous ideas for gutting our 1950s bungalow and making it into a very modern home and business space. The end result was something that not only managed to accommodate all of our requests (even the challenging ones, such as making a basement workspace full of natural outdoor light, a home office in the kitchen and a Japanese style bathroom and separate toilet room on an already tight main floor), but did so in a way that far exceeded what we could have imagined for that space. Not one family member, client or curious neighbour has stepped inside without exclamations of amazement and delight as they survey the home, and construction is not even completed. Every corner of the house has something of interest in its architectural features, and every square foot is now usable - and well-used - space. While it is not a huge home (we built an additional 50% onto a little suburban box of a bungalow), it gives the impression of incredible volume due to their strategic use of differing ceiling heights and vantage lines. Highly recommend this team for remodelling your home or business space. I can't say enough good things about PlotnonPlot. Bonus that they are also a lot of fun to work with. :)

A young, dynamic and creative team who are all about the client's needs, with some of the smallest egos to be found in the field. In-house passive house certification means they have the rare ability to design houses that are high-performing in terms of energy-efficiency while fully integrating good aesthetic design. Excellent communicators who bring together the right people to see a project through. We've been very happy with them.
