“We recently hired Mike Boyle Finish Carpenters for an extensive renovation of our main floor living space. The project included, modifying the kitchen footprint, all new kitchen, cabinets, appliances, countertops, and backsplash. New LVP flooring throughout the main living space, bedroom and stairs. New interior doors and replacement windows and trim throughout the entire area. Modifications to the heater were also done. Removal of popcorn, ceilings, and painting throughout. Our relationship and communications with Mike and his office were excellent. Along the way we met with many members of his team and they were all great to work with. Workmanship was excellent, on time and on budget. Responses to questions were very prompt and on target. We could not be happier with the end result and the process by which we got there. We are extremely happy we chose Mike Boyle to deliver our dream. Boyle Finish Carpenters 8305 Landis Ave. Sea Isle City, NJ 08243 609-263- 2793”

“We selected Michael Kaiser to perform the renovation of our small master bathroom. We are very happy with the work of the contractor, the result of the renovation, and our interaction during this work. The contractor worked off of detailed plans provided by an architect. The quality of work is very high, and the team took care not to disturb the rest of the house to the extent possible. The carpentry and tiling were particularly good, adhering to all the particular alignments specified by the architect. The preparation was very thorough, with great attention paid to squaring off the studs and the floor to ensure that the tile would be laid flat and straight. We particularly appreciate that the carpenter made a template for the vanity top before the material was fabricated, which allowed us to try out the space and decide that the depth of the vanity should be reduced, and he also was able to reconfigure the already-delivered vanity drawers to allow for this change with very little delay. All the costs of the project were as expected (as quoted) except for a small increase due to a structural issue that was discovered after demolition and needed to be addressed. Although the schedule was not the first priority for us, the contractor performed close to the quoted timeline. We did encounter some delays due to permitting and inspections, and also due to the structural problem mentioned above. Michael was very responsive through e-mail, which we found to be an efficient way to communicate. The entire team was careful to ask for clarification whenever any questions arose about details in the execution of the plans. In sum, we would very highly recommend Michael Kaiser as a contractor.”
