The staff was excellent, respectful of our home and completed the work on time. They were very flexible and accommodating. We will certainly call them for our next job.

We worked with New Creation Carpentry (Bill Gessner) on the refurbishment of our home theater which had been partly destroyed by water damage. Bill rebuild shelves, drawers, crown moldings and other interior trim. Bill is a very serious and dependable professional. The job was done both by him and his colleague in a very professional way. The quality of the work was generally very good and we very much enjoy the final outcome. In between there were a few things which needed correction. But Bill was very willing to finish everything to our satisfaction. We very much enjoyed working with New Creation carpentry and are planning to use them again on other jobs. They were a little more expensive than other proposals we had. But they were certainly worth the extra money.

New Creation Carpentry refinished an antique desk, a child's school desk more than 60 years old. The desk had suffered some water and other damage over the years. New Creation Carpentry did a beautiful job restoring and refinishing the desk, while keeping the desk true to its antique character. The finish is gorgeous. We now proudly enjoy having the desk in a prominent place in our home.

Can't say enough good things about Bill and his team. We had New Creation Carpentry remove an interior load bearing wall, replace with a supporting beam and finish with a decorative column and trim. His work was flawless, from the structural framing to the edging on the trim. He was always on time, walked us through the whole process, and worked quickly to keep the project moving. I had trim work performed in my house and working with Tim throughout the process from beginning to end was great. He threw out ideas for us to use and listened to what we were seeking. Very attentive, friendly and respectful. The quality work performed was excellent. Dealing with Bill via email went smooth and we worked out money and timing. I look forward working with them again.

We hired Bill a few yrs. back to build a 2 tier deck off the house. We loved it, so decided to hire him again when we added a awning over the back door and a pool deck. He cleaned up, was on time, and very conscientious of his work. When we moved this year and bought a fixer up house, we had Bill's company do the complete gut of the house and add a bathroom. He came up with ideas we didn't think of for various designs. We are extremely happy and love our house. People are amazed when they see the before and after pictures. We couldn't be happier.

I received bids on 2 jobs for my home from new creation along with bids from other contractors. Window and sliding door replacement. Bill was curtious and knowledgable. After the job was complete I had an issue with part of the job and they came right out and fixed it which goes a long way in making anybody happy.
