We are so pleased with our home. This builder has taste and uses beautiful materials. We saw it from studs to finished and they do not skimp and cut corners. It was a home in an existing neighborhood - a tiny cape cod with 70s style insides even though it was a 50s home. It was a huge reno. They added a second floor so it went from 1,100 square feet to 2,500. Everything is so nice. The reclaimed, wide plank hardwood floors are gorgeous. The windows are the tilt kind that are easy to clean and filter out a ton of noise. Wood shelving instead of wire shelving in all the closets, gorgeous kitchen, lovely barn doors for my office, amazing master bath with ship lap and the most incredible shower tiling in all the bathrooms. They were so accommodating with requests. I can't even begin to detail all the nice amenities. I visited other homes in this price point and no other home was as well appointed and even the new construction we saw didn't come close to the tasteful design created in this home. Keep in mind that city permits and weather causes delays so be patient. They are good on their word. You will be delighted with the final product. This is my dream home. I added two pictures of the bath room and I am not a professional photographer so hardly does it justice. But they are of the master bath which is one of my favorite rooms now. Love my bath tub.

Cobblestone brings historic homes back to life! You'd hardly believe what the homes looked like before renovations. Every appliance is top-notch and the designs are absolutely beautiful.

I have used Cobblestone Development Group and Josh Romano for 3 different projects. 2 were whole home renovations... Soup to nuts... Systems, baths, kitchen, windows. I cannot speak highly enough about Josh Romano and his company Cobblestone Dev Group. The work came in on budget and the process was a pain free as renovation can be! Josh's eye for DESIGN and FUNCTIONALITY is so helpful. He has a wonderful sense about what the final product will look and feel like. Having someone with an artist sensibility be able to DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT the project as well as help with the overall aesthetic and all those decisions was HUGE. I can't recommend Josh Romano and Cobblestone Development Group highly enough. You will not be disappointed.
