Bibi Floors has done several flooring projects for me and I could not be happier. They are very competent, on time, have very reasonable prices and their customer service is the best. I highly recommend this company.

This company was hired to install carpets by the prior owner of my home. After less than 1 year as the new owner, the upstairs carpets began to buckle and ripple considerably. I contacted Moe who initially said he would send someone out to restretch the carpets. It has been 4 months since he last returned my call. I have been disappointed with the level of follow through.

I have had the privilege of using Moe Shokri from Urban Design Groups to redecorate/refurbish my home three times. Each time I have been more than impressed as Moe and his workers always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Moe Shokri and his team from Urban Design Groups transformed our l980's master bath. It is now an elegant and comfortable bathroom with carrera marble, grey and white basket weave floor tiles; white quartz counter tops on the two charcoal grey vanities, both with large mirrored medicine cabinets and polished chrome fixtures. The shower is frameless with the same carrera tile floor, and the old jacuzzi tub has given way to a sleek, custon wood- framed bath to complement our bulls-eye molding that is original to this l911 historic home. Moe is a complete professional, who kept everything on schedule and within his very reasonable cost estimate. He also has a decorator's eye for quality and appropriateness. My husband and I were so happy with the master bath that we have contracted with Urban Design Group and Moe to modernize our kitchen. I have used Moe Shokri's company on 3 separate jobs. Whether they are installing wood floors, carpeting, or doing complete remodelling of our bathrooms, their work is second to none. We are so pleased with our home renovation done by Urban Design Group! Moe is always punctual, professional, and gives us great advice and ideas. We like a contemporary, classic and timeless look. Moe was able to provide us with the look we want on an affordable budget. So far, Urban Design has renovated our kitchen, replaced all of the floors on all 3 levels, and painted the whole house. We hired Urban Design to create a new kitchen in our 1954 Cape Cod. We primarily had the design completed ourselves, but used them for consultation and the build. Moe was timely, friendly and professional and I am so very happy with the almost ( we are still doing finishing touches ourselves) finished product! He had some beautiful recommendations for materials and some good design ideas that we implemented. Our only complaint was that better notes should have been taken during the planning stages, which would have prevented some of the delays, due to communication lapses. To his credit, Moe graciously compensated us, and I now work with Urban Design via the real estate industry. His other completed projects are also beautiful and he takes detailed notes every time!

My husband, daughter and I work together as a real estate team. We have used Moe for two jobs, one quite extensive, requiring the remodeling of 3 1/2 bathrooms, painting the entire interior of the home and various "walk-thru" items requested by the buyer. The second job involved replacing windows and exterior staining, plus various small tasks. In both cases, he was polite, reasonable, came in @ budget and finished when he said he would, an especially important issue for people wanting their homes on the market ASAP. I have been using this company for years for everything from total gut and remodel of my master bath, refinishing hardwood floor,carpet and painting and granite counters with back splash in my ktichen. The workers are always respectful of the fact they are in my home, the quality of work is excellent and their pricing is quite reasonable. In addition, Moe has excellent design ideas.

This company and its owner, Moe Shokri, have done excellent work for us for many years, from hardwoods, tile, laminate and all types of floor installations to drywall and painting to entire new bathrooms and kitchens.
