We hired Brett from Bohlmann Construction to renovate our kitchen. The wall separating the kitchen from the rest of the main floor needed to be taken out. Brett took care of all the demolition, assessed that a support beam was not needed (very important!), determined the size and location of our new island, got us a great referral for granite counter tops, and masterfully repaired the existing hardwood floor and vents that were exposed as a result of the project. We're thrilled with the results! Every guest in our home loves the big, welcoming space and modern kitchen. Brett is hardworking, extremely meticulous and can be trusted with any renovation project. Highly recommended!

My husband and I hired Bohlmann Construction to do a renovation to our cabin. The renovation was fairly extensive and included not only interior re-configurations, but also additions at the front and back of the cabin over a period of about 6 months. Due to the proximity of trees that we did not want removed, pilings were used in the new foundations. We are very pleased with the results. The work was done on time and on budget. There is not enough space here, or positive words in the English language, to express how excellent our experience was with Bohlmann Construction. In 8 weeks, Brett and his team completely renovated our kitchen, and did many other jobs around our home. All of the results far exceeded our expectations. Before meeting Brett, the kitchen in our 1930s house had a rather run-down feel. But now, we are approached by professionals wishing to photograph it, and use it as a backdrop to marketing campaigns. Brett and his team also did a few custom jobs, including some super cool pipe railings (see photographs), and perfectly fitted storage in our front hall and bathroom. Not only is the workmanship top-notch, Brett was extremely patient with us as we explored our options, and often changed our minds about aesthetic decisions along the way. He was always (seriously, always) reachable, made sure to get us the information we needed as quickly as possible, and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. If we ever needed renovations in the future, there is no one else we would call. Great work, great guy, all around fantastic experience!

Bret and his crew do PHENOMENAL work. I'd definitely recommend them over the other cheap competition. You pay for what you get.
