Bruce was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well as to the progress of our deck/balcony project and was quick to respond to any questions. His cost breakdown was easy to understand and there were no unexpected costs. And of course, the new deck/balcony looks great!

Bow Renos (Bruce) did a fine job in the renovation of our laundry room. He produced a cost estimate of our initial scope of work and was quick to revise it when we landed on its final version. He is a steady worker when doing some of the work himself like wall preparation, molding installation, etc. As a general contractor, he has a good relationship with his sub-contractors who are fully qualified. He ensured they showed up as scheduled and was there, in most cases, to confirm their understanding of the scope of work. The project was delayed trough no fault of Bruce. His cabinet maker did a poor job in the installation of the glass in the cabinet doors. It took a month to get the matter resolved. I had another problem with the same cabinet maker on a different project, which also took some time to address. As for the cost, I paid just a touch more than what was quoted, monies to cover a change I requested and an unexpected city permit. Contrary to other projects I have had done, Bruce requested less than 1/2 of the estimated cost upfront, which I was happy to cover. All and all, I would recommend Bow Renos. Bruce is friendly, trades knowledgeable and customer focused, committed to deliver a quality product, on time and within budget.

Bruce was the general contractor for a large reno we did to our basement. Bruce is very personable and professional. The renovation that Bruce oversaw was done to our expectations and on budget. Bruce was always available for our questions and concerns. Bruce worked on our renovation for about 2 months. We were very happy with Bruce and would recommend him for any type of renovation project.

Bruce did a bathroom reno for me and I was extremely satisfied with his service and the end result. Bruce helped source the best materials, handled the sub contractors and arranged for an out of country delivery for the mirrors. Amazing job. I would definitely use Bruce again.

Our company was looking for someone to renovate one of our large offices and also add another office onto an existing space. While we were searching for a vendor Bow Renos came recommended to us by one of our employees. We had Bruce come in and quote both jobs for us and found he was very competitive. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive using a smaller company for this project, but Bruce answered all of my questions and I felt that I could trust him. I am truly glad I did. Bow Renos did a fantastic job, finished on time and on budget (save for the items we added after the original scope). During construction they stayed out of our way so as not to interfere with our work. They kept their work area as tidy as can be expected as well. I could not have been more pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend using Bow Renos for any project you have.

Excellent job for my basement reno! Clean, reliable, friendly, professional, easy to work with, and fairly priced. I'm very happy with the experience and how it turned out! I can't wait to do my entire upstairs next!! I'll be calling Bow Renos!
