We have been working with Dana & Cory from Catalyst for several years now on multiple projects. They are without a doubt a solid crew of wonderful, talented people that don't disappoint.

We hired Catalyst Developments to build a deck and fence, finish our laundry room, and fix some botched plumbing. They had excellent ideas for things we were stumped about (how to hide the furnace without sacrificing space) or hadn't even thought of (a clothing rod above the washer/dryer and a backyard privacy screen are two of many examples). The team was professional, trustworthy, and took great pride in their work. They thought of little details, like soft-close cabinet doors, and big ones too, like cleaning up and reconnecting our washer/dryer every day so we could do laundry - critical with little ones! We would highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for future renos!

As a custom home designer, we have had the pleasure of partnering with Catalyst Developments on several renovation projects. Cory and his team are not only fun to work with, but are very professional and have an amazing client centered approach from start to finish. I worked with Catalyst Developments Inc. on two separate construction projects and about to do a third. In the fall of 2012, we hired Cory of Catalyst Developments for a kitchen, bathroom renovation in our home which was to start in early 2013. From our first meeting with Cory at our home we had a good feeling about him. Cory provided us with an accurate and realistic quote for the scope of work we wanted and made suggestions and recommendations that we found helpful. The project started on the day it was supposed to, and was completed on time and on budget. What really impressed us was Cory's communications with us along the way. We always knew what was going on and heard from him as needed so that there were no surprises to deal with. The sub-trades Cory employed on our project were excellent and spoke highly of Cory throughout the construction period. In short we were very happy with Cory and the work he completed for us. Catalyst Developments Inc. (Cory Peterson) worked for us for about a year. We did a complete renovation of a downtown penthouse suite. We found Cory and ALL of his tradespeople very professional, clean, respectful and courteous. Cory is very knowledgeable in all aspects of renovations, building codes etc. He is very accommodating and listens to the client as well as offers very good advise. For such a huge renovation (basically a complete gut) it all ran very smoothly and virtually there were no problems that couldn't be sorted out quickly and efficiently. There were many challenges, dealing with condominium rules and regulations and Cory followed everyone to the T. He established an excellent working relationship with our Resident Manager as well as other Board Members. In fact he is now hired to do renovation of all common areas in our Condominium complex. I would absolutely recommend Catalyst Developments Inc. we had no problems or concerns in fact it was quite a wonderful experience. Even to this day, a year after the project was completed, his customer services is exemplary. You won't find a better contractor.

Great company to work with and I would recommend them highly. Very professional, on time, and on budget! The customer service after the project is completed is just as good as the service during the renovation!
