My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Founded by Neal Horne, the company brings over 30 years of hands-on construction experience to every project — from custom home builds and whole-house remodels to commercial tenant improvements, multi-family developments, and fire/water/flood restoration. Cinque Contracting has constructed over one million square feet of residential and commercial space across North Texas. The company is the metroplex leader in balcony construction, waterproofing, and restoration — serving HOAs, property managers, and multi-family owners through its dedicated balcony division. Cinque helped me transform 2 bedrooms into a office and media room. In the process they removed a wall, moved electric, painted and helped install the media equipment. They were very timely and reasonably priced. The workers were very friendly and kept things as clean as possible and Neil would check in and stop by each day to make sure we were happy and check the progress. I have already lined up more work to be done by them.

Neal designed a beautiful new entrance for our house. Drafted the contract with detailed and precise description. Carried out the construction with regular communications. Completed the project under budget. Very pleased with the experience. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give Neal and Cinque Residential 6 stars! He was recommended by a neighbor who had already used the company and been exceedingly happy with the results. We were happy not only with the results but with the entire process. We needed more than just roofing repairs and Neal was able to handle all our repairs. He was professional and prompt in returning phone calls and managing the entire repair process. He provided detailed information about what work was needed, how repairs would be made, how much it would cost and when the work would be done. He is totally a man of his word. He also dealt with the insurance company which I greatly appreciated. We are completely satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend him.

In working with Neal Horne on a new home project, I found him to be very professional and courteous. He is a great listener which translates to providing a terrific customer experience, as he was able to deliver our individual taste. Flexibility was key, and that is what Neal provided. Neal also prioritized over-delivering on quality for dollars spent in comparison to others in the same range which was very evident in his work. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a custom building experience to consider Neal for their next job or project!

This company built me the house of my family's dreams. In over 12 years, we have had little to no issues with wear or workmanship. In addition their responsiveness to calls is excellent. I would recommend them to anybody who wants great workmanship and a fair price.

Cinque built my house in Dallas and did a fantastic job. Attentive to all details, and stayed with the project until I was completely satisfied. We found the house when it was almost finished being built, but when I asked for certain strange variations - there was a one car garage that I wanted converted into an office - they jumped on the project, figuring out how to make it all work and combine it with the original plans. Air conditioning, windows, an all the accoutrements of an office soon appeared. I would strongly recommend hiring this company. The best I have ever dealt with.

I have had the privilege of working with Neal Horne over many years and on several projects. Neal is truly a master at his craft. The quality of his work is exceptional, and he always delivers more than I anticipate. Neal has a very patient and kind nature. He always puts the client first, and you always know where you stand. He is extremely creative and inventive, adding that extra special touch and delivering the best results. I have no doubt that I will continue to use Neal for every project that comes my way. If you're looking for the best, I highly recommend Neal for your new construction or major renovation project!

Neal Horne was hired to manage, design, and construct a luxury single family home in Plano, TX. The process went very smoothly and I was very comfortable having Neal involved. He was able to see the bigger picture of the project and over come obstacles before they became problems. Neal has the vision and experience to handle complicated construction projects.

When you make a decission on a builder for your dream home, I would highly recommend that you spend some time chatting with Neal Horne from Cinque Residential Builders. If you are like us, you will find him knowledgeable and trustworthy with keen attention to detail and excellent follow up. We don't plan on moving any time soon, but if we did, we would defintely call them again.
