Patrick and his team showcased their expertise and craftsmanship, and were extremely helpful and professional, when assisting me with a home remodeling project.

We had a small window replacement project that turned out exceedingly well. Patrick was super easy to work with, flexible, responsive, and the work was really high quality. We installed new (just on the market) Marvin Modern windows - one a replacement and one a new install. The crew was clean, polite, efficient, and the windows look amazing. We're looking forward to additional projects with Patrick and Conrad Construction.

We had our bathroom remodeled. It was a complete removal and replacement with new shower addition and tub and vanity. Patrick's crews were excellent as well as were his subcontractors. Patrick was always available by phone for questions and stopped by the job nearly every day. Dust and noise were carefully managed as we are a condo. Our neighbors were complimentary of all the crews. Would definitely hire him again.

When our deck unexpectedly started to fall, Conrad and his crew came in a couple of days and truly saved the day! We would definitely hire them again and have already spread the word in our neighborhood!

Needed and existing water heater replace. Had know idea what i was doing. Contacted Patrick at Conrad Construction to get information. He provided all the information i needed without cost or expectation of having them do the work. He gave us multiple options and made sure they fit with our price point. I elected to have him do the work and it was exceptional work he provided. Not only did they deliver and install withing a couple of hours, they provided excellent information about care and up keep. I would and will recommend Conrad construction to others. We have a wall removal project and intend to go with them to do the work.
