My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The ELM representative spent almost 45 minutes at my home. He was a little pushy but not too bad but what I really wanted was a quick estimate for a patio - not a boutique experience complete with a personal interview. Their estimate was almost $15,000 which was way out of my budget.
