Endeavour Developments

Endeavour completed an exterior renovation for me in the Fall of 2015. The trades did exceptional work - stucco, cedar soffit, composite deck, new windows/front door, reconfigured front porch (from three posts to two) - and through it all, Steve and Ernest from Endeavour remained completely responsive to any inquiries or clarifications I required. Ernest was onsite almost every day, and I found him to be very honest and forthright - he's realistic. I used a different contractor for my interior reno - not as good an experience as Endeavour. I highly recommend Endeavour.

Before engaging Endeavour Developments to redesign, and rebuild our basement and make substantial changes to the main floor we interviewed several home construction companies. We wanted to find a team that could make our ideas a reality and stay within budget. Steve and Ernest met with us and took their time to understand our vision and the scope of the project. The Endeavour team listened, generated ideas and drafts and helped us narrow options down to a manageable handful. We found Endeavour Developments a pleasure to work with. Overall, the project completed on time and on budget. Through careful scheduling of subcontractors we were pleased to see steady progress throughout the project. Endeavour Developments took care of all required permits, construction waste disposal and the city inspection visits. They guided us through some tough decisions and resolved unexpected issues that crop up during renovations of older houses. We like that Endeavour Development uses Co-Construct - an online tool designed to facilitate communication between a construction company, its clients, trades people and designers. This software allowed us to communicate effectively and keep track of decisions, material selections and invoices . Endeavour Development is a team of highly skilled professionals who respect their clients and value their time and money. We highly recommend them.

As one of their custom home designers, we have had the pleasure of partnering with Endeavour Developments on numerous Custom Homes and Renovations over the past 6+ years. Steve and Ernest are not only fun to work with, but are very professional and bring a diverse background of experience. It is always a great privilege to work with a team who continually embrace creative and innovative design. As well as being colleagues, we were also pleased to have them undertake an extensive renovation on our own home. They brought passion, professionalism and a great team of skilled trades to the project.

I have worked with the Endeavour team on various projects over the past 3 years. They are an excellent company and wonderful to work with. They have a lot of respect for the design portion of the project and work well with the Design Team to produce a high quality, highly designed finished product. Their communication skills, ability to stick to a deadline and attention to detail make them an excellent Builder or Renovator for any size project.

Steve and Ernest provided what I expected and managed the change process very well with their online software. No surprises! Hi quality subs and the job was done on time and up to my standards. Pleasant to work with and very professional. Would I use them next time? Absolutely.
