We had to move out during a heavy rainstorm, and I assumed everything would end up soaked. The crew showed up with plastic covers, wrapped the furniture quickly, and even used the truck as a shield while loading. There was nothing that got wet, and they didn't act bothered by the weather at all. That level of preparation honestly surprised me in the best way.
