We hired Integrimark to remodel - basically rebuild our entire home. Right from the first meeting we were confident that they would be our choice. We did our diligence, and met with some other contractors. But in the end there was a 'feeling' with Steve and Phil and the integrimark team that we knew they would be the best choice. They are patient, professional, flexible (I tried, but we probably arent the easiest clients) honest, knowledgeable and the point I really want to emphasize is they CARE. Steve and Phil truly care about your project. Sometimes I think that Phil lost more sleep about our renovation than we did. All the details, the costs, timelines. Its extremely important to him. Or maybe I should say he understands what matters to you, and thats what matters to him. They hire great people as well. I consider the team friends, and they quality and care they put into our home is something that I see and think about regularly while we enjoy our dream home. Thank you Integrimark team, Phil, Steve. It really is in the name! We used Integrimark after hearing positive feedback from some people that had used them in the area. We asked them to put down new flooring on the entire second floor, remove and recreate an existing master closet and turn what was the only full bathroom in the house along with a hall closet into two full bathrooms (one master ensuite and another guest bathroom). The communication throughout the process was fantastic and we always knew what was going on. Every cost was itemized and we were apprised of any cost differences and decisions along the way. The final amount was very close to the initial estimate provided before any work started. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed right away and any changes that needed to be done were completed quickly. We are so happy with the final product particularly our two new full bathrooms. If you are looking for integrity and a superb final product, these are the guys you want to use.

Integrimark did a fantastic job closing in and refinishing my utility room. It was unfinished with no drywall and exposed vapour barrier. Many changes were made including reframing, new flooring, new doors, and having a new laundry tub installed. It was a pleasure working with the team who helped along the way, ensuring the work was up to code and providing helpful suggestions. I received prompt responses and updates from the project manager and the project was completed within the time frame. The team informed me regarding any issues that came up including some existing rotting wood which needed replacement. The workers were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Integrimark, and I encourage you to get a quote for any renovation project that you’re planning. I have hired Integrimark on 6 different occasions over the last 5 years to complete projects large and small and I have been happy with all of them. I find that Steve and Phil Authier, the owners of Integrimark, run their business with a high degree of integrity and transparency that I have not seen with other contractors. When you contact Integrimark, Steve comes to your home to talk to you about your project, to understand what you want and to ensure that his estimate will fit your understanding of the project. Steve is exceptionally courteous, and he provides one of the most detailed and transparent estimates I’ve ever seen. If the scope and the cost of the project changes along the way – which is bound to happen - you will receive “change orders” that highlight all product and cost changes that both the customer and the project manager agree to. These keep the customer well informed of the project’s price adjustments. Integrimark’s crew is extremely polite, knowledgeable and competent. In my experience, when asked each takes time to explain why they are approaching the job in a certain way and are open to suggestions. As well, I always felt safe having any of them in my house even when I wasn’t home. Now Integrimark isn’t perfect. They could use a designer to help customers with product selection, with paint colours and with finishes. As well, they could use a skilled painter, either an in-house person or a reliable subcontractor, who can ensure their finished products look the best. And like all contractors, they make mistakes, or they take too long (or at least what I think is too long) to complete a job, but they have always return to ensure my satisfaction with every project. It is my experience, everyone at Integrimark, from its owners to those on the job site, take pride in their work and are not happy until the customer is happy.

I literally can't express enough how incredible my experience was working with the IntegriMark team. We started with a house that was in atrocious condition from tenants who were hoarders. I unfortunately had to abandon the project due to my budget and unanticipated additional expenses, however, it had nothing to do with IntegriMark not doing anything right, it just simply required more work than I/we expected. I have to say, having been in trades myself, I was blown away by how professional, on time, and especially transparent they were with every aspect of my project. From the very first meeting to get a quote, to asking if they would meet contractors on site and get quotes without me, to daily communication, thoroughly explained Excel spreadsheets with all the expenses and markup, it was unbelievable how amazing the IntegriMark crew has been to work with. I am honestly super disappointed I couldn't complete my project, however, I would recommend IntegriMark to everyone. They are a top notch team, absolutely phenomenal, happy, and cheerful to work with, and professional and very experienced in each of their roles. We recently engaged IntegriMark to create a Flex room (for crafts and tv watching) along with a two piece bathroom in our unfinished basement. The project remained consistent with the initial quote and was completed on schedule. Each morning during the project the scheduled trades arrived promptly and were dedicated to performing their tasks in a friendly and professional way. Clean-up was performed effectively by the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship in our beautiful Flex room and would highly recommend IntegriMark for home renovations. Five Star Worthy!

We purchased an older house (over 100 years old) and wanted to make some significant changes. We wanted to renovate the whole first floor, taking down walls, new flooring, new kitchen, installing a gas fireplace and replacing a window (among other things). On the second floor we had some serious problems with the ceiling and wanted to create a third bedroom. It was a big job in an old house, so we were a bit nervous going in. We met with several contractors to get estimates, but also to get a sense of who we would be dealing with. From meeting Steve for a walkthrough, to the detailed estimate, to the day to day with Phil, Serge and Troy, we couldn't have made a better choice. They always took the time to talk through options and changes as we went and were very flexible with solutions. On top of the great work they did, they are great guys. We have already recommended them to friends and colleagues when they mention they are thinking about doing some renovations on their own homes. At the end of it all, our home looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier.

We recently hired Integrimark to do a complete bathroom renovation and could not be happier with the finished product. From the first meeting, we felt that Phil listened and understood what we wanted, and his team were very professional in implementing our vision. Every aspect of the job from permits, to demolition, reconstruction, electrical, plumbing and final finishing were carried out within the timeline and cost estimates as promised. The quality and workmanship were first rate in every aspect and the final result exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Integrimark, and intend to use them for future renovations in our home.

I hired Integrimark in 2020 to demolish an old sunroom and replace it completely, reusing the existing foundations. Dimensions are about 30’ x 10’. Scope included new flooring, two patio doors, 4 windows, 4 skylights, and siding on both the interior and exterior. They also raised the ceiling and tied it in to the house roof. The company owner, Phil, was professional and always kept me informed about any issues and the plan for the week ahead. The work quality was great and the crew left the site tidy each day. Covid delayed the start of the project, and delayed the delivery of the skylights, but Phil kept me up to date on the changing delivery plans from the manufacturer. I would recommend Integrimark whole-heartedly. I plan to hire them for a bathroom remodel next year.

We hired IntegriMark for a major basement renovation in 2019 and were so pleased with the results that we had them back to renovate our kitchen in 2020. Once again we were extremely happy with the results. This is a dependable company that you can trust. They have excellent communication skills and were consistently providing updates as the work progressed. We were one of their first projects started after the Covid19 reopening and they were able to overcome any material sourcing challenges that arose. We've hired IntegriMark for a bathroom and kitchen renovation in a Victorian house in Hamilton. This was more than just renovations, rather a transformation. First of all, IntegriMark, unlike many other contractors we reached, came on site first to evaluate the project and quote precisely: as a result, out of 12 contractors contacted, they have been the most precise in reflecting our specifications, and the cheapest as well. During execution, Phil was checking progress on a daily basis and was asking for feed-back regularly. As this is an old house, there has been little surprises as we were uncovering what's "behind the walls", but all structural, asbestos, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work was managed professionally. We actually started with the bathroom project first, as a test, and did not hesitate, a few months later, to jump into the bigger kitchen project with IntegriMark. and we would definitely do it again for any future project.
