I think it’s quite fitting that it’s during the holiday season that I’m finally getting a moment to sit down to write this review because quite honestly - working with Zach was truly a gift. It’s hard to articulate the level of appreciation (and perhaps admiration) I have for Zach. As a realtor that works with contractors daily - the level of discernment and lack of true trust is high. I can feel the need to micro-manage contractors because I’ve seen one too many inspection reports. But I remember the day, early on-that I walked outside and fully gave up control to let Zac do his thing. He’s extremely detail oriented, meticulous, patient, kind---a true professional. He coached us through design, aesthetics choices, and answered all of our questions proactively. The communication was top notch! He far exceeded our expectations- he was always 10 step ahead of the timeline he planned out, finished ahead of schedule, worked in several last minute requests with grace. Zach exhibits pride in his workmanship- and a commitment to delivering a great product/experience to his clients. I’m a recovering perfectionist that doesn’t take giving recommendations lightly. I can unequivocally say- that Zach a rare treat to work with. 15 out of 5 stars!
