They sent an untrained installer out to side my house, they were supposed to send a crew out to train him and never did. The work was shoddy, in places he stuck pieces f siding up with a silicone seal, and it has since come loose and dropped down. I was told all I would have to pay for was materials. They were supposed to put up signs in my yard giving their name for advertising purposes, they never did. I tried to contact them but at that time I couldn't find a phone number or address for them.

Whatever you do, DO NOT CONTRACT NW HOMEWORKS!!! They are consistently late and do not respond to emails or phone calls when things go wrong. They are 4 months into our project and so far have done about one week worth of work. Tim is the WORST and doesnt respect his customers. There's always an excuse and has lost all credibility in his poor craftsmanship. Unless they resolve quickly I'm posting pictures on how they messed up my kitchen!

NW Homeworks just completed a major remodel of our kitchen/laundry room/powder room/pantry in Tacoma. We could not be more pleased. From a thorough and detailed bid from Tim, to a level of craftmanship and attention to detail by the construction lead, Vasily, everything we experienced from this team makes us want to call them first for any future work. Having used Ikea cabinets before, I was confident in their quality. But the door selection with the new Sektion system was not really what I wanted. So we went with custom doors from NW Homeworks in a rift teak. They look beautiful! All of the elements came together perfectly and it was a pretty low stress experience, especially compared to some previous remodeling projects. We would highly recommend NW Homeworks for this type of project.

NW HomeWorks did a FANTASTIC job on my kitchen. I decided to go with Ikea cabinets but the key to a really good Ikea kitchen is design, customization, and attention to detail. Tim, the owner, gave a solid quote and quickly pointed out any parts needed to improve my design. Installation was performed quickly and thoroughly. The result is custom kitchen that looks fantastic and every cabinet and drawer is completely square and flush. I am very happy to have used NW HomeWorks and I will be happy to work with them again. (In the photos we have not decided on a backsplash yet, but hopefully we'll have one soon)

We had this crew install our new Ikea kitchen and they did a fabulous job. They fit us in their schedule quickly and the work is phenomenal as our cabinets look high end. They protected our newly installed hardwood floors, were clean, professional and very efficient. I highly recommend Tim and his crew and would use them again in a heartbeat!

NW Homeworks continuously impresses me with their professionalism, competence, and craftsmanship. I chose a Ikea for the kitchen cabinetry in my full gut remodel. The layout I designed was complicated and required modification of several Ikea pieces to work in the kitchen space. NW Homeworks crew were able to take the giant truckload of ikea boxes and piece everything together independently and just make it work. No dumb questions and no complaints. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail surpass so-call skilled woodworkers that I've hired to build custom pieces. The kitchen has turned out beautifully, and people are always surprised to learn that the cabinetry is from Ikea. NW Homeworks is getting the call back for the laundry room and master closet, which will probably also be Ikea, but I would use them for any other projects that I have.

We contracted Tim and his team at NW HomeWorks to do a bit of renovation (removal of a few things, patching sheetrock, etc.) and install an Ikea kitchen. From the beginning, Tim was a great communicator - he came to our house in Seattle to provide us with a quote very quickly, gave us great feedback on our Ikea kitchen design, provided a very competitive bid, and started our project promptly. His team and subcontractors were excellent every step of the way in terms of quality, professionalism, adherence to schedule and budget, and Tim was a great leader and communicator throughout the process. We've worked with contractors before and have never found the combination of attention to schedule and budget, communication, and quality that we got with NW HomeWorks. I would work with Tim again in a second and highly recommend him.

Tim and his crew were fantastic to work with. Very professional, reasonably priced and most of all honest. From the first time we met him to for showing the project area, to coming up with plan and to completion with finishing touches - he saw it through. He'll get a call from me for my next project for sure.

From the initial consultation, Tim just had a good vibe. He came organized. We looked over my initial designs and talked about what I wanted. He took pictures and measurements and told me he'd get back to me after he had talked to his electrician. By that evening I had a quote in my inbox. He was on the ball. The NW HomeWorks guys are timely and tidy. They do really good work (I'd say their tile work stands out as especially good). I live in an apartment in a midcentury (1960's) condo. The kitchen may very well have been original to the building (not in a good way). Needless to say, as cabinets were removed and walls came down, there were some surprises along the way. But Tim is a good problem solver. He found solutions and redesigns that preserved the aesthetic I wanted while compromising schedule and budget as little as possible. Throughout the project, I'd get emails and texts from Tim. Progress reports came almost daily, so I never felt out of the loop. If I had concerns (even nit-picky ones), they were promptly addressed. He's an excellent communicator, cares about his clients being happy, and takes pride in his work. The end result speaks for itself. My kitchen is beautiful.

NW HomeWorks provided us with prompt answers to our questions and concerns regarding our proposed kitchen counter tops replacement and followed up with an equally prompt estimate for the required job. Although our location required a long drive, they never hesitated to take on the job. The owner together with two workers worked extremely well as a team and showed great pride in their craftsmanship. The entire job was accomplished in one day as promised and at the estimated cost of the project. We could not be more pleased with the result and would recommend NW HomeWoks for their craftsmanship.
