We have had the privilege of providing design services to Ryley from Ravenwood Developers on a new build and several renovations. Ryley is a pleasure to work with. He has a very client driven process which equates to a finished product that revolves around the client’s real needs while holding their budget in mind. I’ve only heard great things from his clients, and can highly recommend Ravenwood Developers for your renovation or new home.

Ryley Wack of Ravenwood Developers said he would have our back when we first started thinking about building a custom home. He has had our backs ever since, and our trust. He's good at what he does, and what he does includes technical, financial, project and client management. He worked with us, saved us from ourselves, and gave us what we were looking for - cannot recommend him more highly. The follow up since we moved in has been excellent. We know he's got our back.

We had Ravenwood handle some aspects of our Main Floor renovation, and in hindsight i would have had them handle the whole project if i had known about them sooner. They were by far the best company we dealt with, even with the short time line they were given. We really appreciated their attention to detail in their work and couldn't be happier with what they provided us.

We are more than satisfied with the meticulous kitchen renovation installed by Ryley and his crew at Ravenwood Developers in spring/summer 2018. We had substantial structural exterior work done before the kitchen was installed -- 2 new windows and 2 new doors. After reframing our entire back wall, the Ravenwood crew removed our old kitchen cabinets/counters/appliances and installed new ones with great attention to finishing detail, integrating everything seamlessly with our adjacent dining room, lighting, flooring, and music system. They were unfailingly helpful with a handful of "adjacent" fixes we requested at the same time. Our new kitchen is now a joy to work in, and we are proud to host our friends. We enjoy fantastic storage, great traffic flow and fluid ease of use. We had complete faith in Ryley and his team from the moment we met them, and his entire crew of excellent, hard-working tradespeople were a joy to have around. We even had the peace of mind to leave for vacation towards the end of the project, trusting Ryley’s team to finish up in our absence. We were delighted to find that Ryley even had a cleaning crew come in at the end, so that we returned to a completely clean renovation area. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryley and Ravenwood Developers for any renovation project at all!

Ravenwood Developers undertook a major home renovation for us. The older home we purchased ended up being impossible to ‘renovate’ in a cost effective manner. Aside from the original foundation, we have a new build! Ryley Wack is very professional, never condescending, and anticipated what we were looking for in terms of products and quality of workmanship. During our project, Ryley was responsive, well organized and took the time to keep our future neighbors informed of the build progress and on-side. Ryley is very particular about the subtrades he employs – they all reflected his values and care. We have a simply stunning house as a result the team’s attention to detail. We would work with Ryley and his team again any time and recommend them without hesitation.

We had a complete kitchen renovation which was complicated because of the age of the house (over 100 years old), asbestos, and the lack of a foundation under part of the house. We also had structural work, removing a wall and relocating the door and windows. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Ryley and the team at Ravenwood were outstanding from start to finish. Ryley was always very responsive to messages, and very proactive in keeping us updated. And when we wanted to throw in some curveballs such as importing an enormous sink he was very supportive, building a bespoke cabinet to house it. The quality of the work is excellent. The team were a pleasure to have in the house. My husband works nights and so was sleeping during the day, and the team were quiet and unobtrusive and never disturbed him. They also kept the site clean and tidy. I recommend Ryley and Ravenwood unreservedly, and we will be sure to use them for our next project. Thanks Ryley, Dave, Tim and the rest of the crew!

Ravenwood built my cabin at the lake and we are very pleased with the result. The utmost of care was given to all aspects of construction resulting in a solidly built retreat with a very high end finish while blending into the beautiful surroundings.
