This is the third project that Reflect Renovations has done for us. Deadlines have always been met and the details involving costs have always been thoroughly explained, resulting in no budget over-runs. The owner takes time to review the costs in detail and has always made cost saving suggestions on each project while ensuring that the design and work quality were not compromised. He is very knowledgeable and creative. He readily offered suggestions which enhanced our projects. The owner is very honest, friendly, approachable and open to customers questions and suggestions. We find the owner to be highly professional and has a great deal of experience in this field of work. The final product is always of the highest quality and he gives great attention to detail. His sub-trades have shown to be extremely competent and reliable. I have recommended Reflect Renovations to other friends and neighbours and they too were very satisfied with the work done. This project was a bedroom/ en-suite renovation and we couldnt be more satisfied! Our other two projects were a deck expansion, with outdoor fireplace and a recent major kitchen reno which turned out to be simply outstanding. Without any hesitation we would recommend this excellent company to anyone.

Jay and his team did a fantastic job on our (mostly) bathroom renovations. The budget came in as expected, the time frame was as promised, and the renos look fantastic. The attention to detail from Jay and his team, and their concern that we were happy made us very satisfied customers.

Reflect Renovations recently finished renovating our tired old kitchen and we absolutely love the result, as we have with all the work they have done for us. We first hired Reflect Renovations in 2015 to do extensive renovations in our 45 year old home. Since then, we have hired them several times for other projects, and would not even consider going with anybody else. Jay and Josh Coy do beautiful work and the end result is always so much better than we had hoped. They are always considerate of the fact that we are living in the house while they are working on it, and are careful to keep construction dust and disruption to a minimum. At the end of each day, the work area has been completely cleaned. The contractors at Reflect Renovations are highly knowledgeable and professional. All of our projects have been completed on schedule and on budget. They take care to determine our needs, make recommendations, and keep us updated on progress without troubling us over minor details. We simply trust Jay and Josh to deliver quality workmanship and they do, every single time.

We are very pleased with both projects that Jay has completed for us. Our first project (2015) involved transforming a spa room into a fitness room. Our second project (2018) involved replacing our gas range with an induction range and hood fan. Jay completed all work within the time-frame given, then removed debris and cleaned the areas. His prices were competitive and excellent value. Also, he has been very pleasant to deal with. Jay’s results show that he values quality workmanship and satisfied customers. We would not hesitate to go to Jay for future projects.

We hired Jay @ Reflect Renovations to renovate our main floor which included our kitchen, all flooring, half bath, painting built-in cabinets, along with redoing our master ensuite. Jay was professional and easy to work with. Jay's recommendations and his eye for detail were helpful during the whole process. The work was completed on time, on budget, with no major issues. We had Jay and team renovate our aging ensuite. His advice in the planning stage was very helpful and his attention to detail was appreciated. The work was done as efficiently as possible, always taking to care to keep the surrounding area clean. We love our new spa-like ensuite and the high quality of workmanship. Jay lined up guys to replace a cement pad that had started to move away from my house. It had supports holding up my deck that were out of alignment and needed work done to replace the stucco on the pillars once they were properly straightened. They needed to move a hot tub to gain access to the pad and after it was completed - the hot tub had to put back in place and leveled. The work was completed from start to finish within 3 weeks. It wasn't cheap but it was done quickly by professional tradesmen who knew what they were doing and worked efficiently with a minimum of "drama". They cleaned up their work areas and there was very little disruption for me and my family. Jay, the owner of Reflect, tells no lies and ensures the work is done properly by qualified people. One of the tradesmen even showed up in a spring blizzard to do work to ensure the work was completed as promised. Jay and his folks have my highest recommendation. They do absolutely top drawer work.

Reflect Renovations, through owner Jay Coy, completed several projects for us over the last few years. A complete remodel of our second story (3 bedrooms and two baths), update of our master bedroom, ensuite and office, complete rebuild of our main floor patio, complete revamp of our laundry room, new construction of a beautiful wine room and recently complete overhaul of our kitchen. Obviously, we love the workmanship, professionalism and attention to planning and execution. Otherwise we wouldn't keep coming back to Reflect. Highly recommended.
