Dave and his team are AMAZING! They are upfront and accurate about all costs and options. We did a complete bathroom remodel with them and will ABSOLUTELY use Smith Construction again for our next project. They were on-time, courteous, and have excellent craftsmanship.

I'm not sure how to start. My experience with Dave Smith of smith construction was truly a satisfactory one. He was polite, had a crew available for each phase of the job and they in turn were truly professional and pleasant to be around. Dave's expertise was the deciding factor for the type of appliances, the floor type and the proper and conservative cut on the granite countertops. His suggestions for crown molding for my kitchen cabinets was the finishing touch. I was ecstatic with the result and so were my friends. Dave listened and advised when an idea could or could not work. He knows his job, met my deadlines and stayed within my budget. I was so satisfied he and his crew were called back to renovate both my bathrooms and one bedroom. I would highly recommend Smith Construction for all your renovation needs.

Could not have been happier with Dave and Smith Construction! Dave was polite, gave me suggestions, completed an estimate and was very professional. I had my kitchen done several years ago by them, and last year, had my two bathrooms updated. Extremely easy to work with. Always listened to my ideas, and then suggested some himself. I would hire them again in a minute! The job was done quickly, neatly (as possible), and totally within the original estimate.

After purchasing a home, I hired Smith Construction to do some remodeling. I felt very comfortable with the workmen who came into my home. They were very polite and willing to do additional small projects. I got quotes from 2 other companies and Smith Construction gave me the best bid for the work I needed done. I was very pleased with their work including remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms, replastering the ceilings, painting, laying new flooring, water heater repair, and taking down a privacy fence and replacing it with wrought iron. Dave Smith provided updates on the work being done and returned calls and emails in a timely manner if I had questions.

We had a bathroom update done and had 4 bids. Dave Smith Construction seemed to be the most realistic with the bid contents and most accurate with the allowances. His crew kept to a stated-schedule and were very neat and clean with their work habits. Dave was a help with his creative ideas and willing to talk things through with us. We would recommend him to anyone.

We have contracted with Dave Smith numerous times for work on our Tucson home. We were living in Ohio and by not being in Tucson it was important to work with a company we could trust but also did quality work. Dave Smith never failed to impress us with their contracted work. If they were building the 6 foot block fence in the back yard or major repairs to water damage in our garage plus others they exceeded our expectations. We have worked with Dave on 4 different occasions the work, pricing and accountability cannot be duplicated by any other company. Even though we were thousands of miles away they excelled in the job. I can't tell you how many companies we have hired in Ohio that dropped the ball. This will not happen with Smith Construction!
