We contacted Andrew after we received a number of unreasonable estimates for our basement renovation. After the initial consultation, we felt confident that Andrew as the right contractor for the job. During the project, I changed my mind several times and requested various changes to our initial plan. Andrew was always very accommodating and had no problem implementing the new idea or suggestion. The basement renovation was completed on time and with excellent results. Andrew did an excellent job tiling our basement suite's kitchen and bathroom, the glass tiles were extremely difficult to manipulate, but the results were outstanding. He also fixed an number of incomplete items that were left by our previous contractor. Andrew's attention to detail really stands out and we called him again when we needed to redo our fireplace. Again the project turned out great and we could not be happier with the finishing and details. I would recommend Andrew for any renovation project as he was easy to work with and produced excellent results.
