Stephen renovated our kitchen. He gave us some great ideas which we hadn't thought of. His crew were excellent and a special shoutout to Daniel who was very good with the work he did for us. Very conscientious , very polite and a hard working young man. Always making sure that everything was done the way we wanted. Stephen was very well organized and made our project go very smooth and on time. We are very happy with Terra - Villa Developments and highly recommend them for your project. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Stephen and his crew were top notch. We needed a bathroom reno. The quote was detailed, and he worked with me to get the reno we needed at the budget we could afford. Crew was punctual, professional, clean, skilled and paid attention to the details. The job was finished early, right on budget, and with no surprises. Very happy with the project Terra-Villa completed for me my townhouse in Point McKay. Began the job and completed the job when promised which was no small feat considering the project included new kitchen and bathroom cabinet and counter installations, tub replacement in one bathroom and removal of the tub in the ensuite for shower installation. Ceiling was resurfaced, new lighting and LPF flooring installed plus painting throughout. Stephen has a lot of contacts throughout the industry and had great ideas including a quartzite feature above the fireplace. His employees share his desire for high quality workmanship Very happy with the job and would recommend for any project you may have!

Stephen and his crew were great! We first found him through Home Depot Contractor services as we were not sure where to start. Stephen provided us with a detailed quote of the work and made sure we were satisfied with every line items! He was very flexible and patient with us for the whole project especially during the start when we were planning and designing the rooms. He gave as a lot of options and allowed us to be as involved as we wanted in the material selection and procurement process and he and crew gave us many great suggestions and recommendations many of which we incorporated. He also went the extra mile as he had to fix previous builder problems like non-square walls and other building shortcuts that were not even fully apparent until after him and the crew started the reno rework! They reno'd three bathrooms for us and they did a fantastic job that we are extremely pleased with! I have recommended him to my brother and my neighbours! And I would use him again for any future renovations!

The team from Terral Villa Developments did a great job of refurbishing my downstairs bathroom. The old bathroom was completely demolished including the old flooring and made slightly larger since they found they could move one wall back about 4". This made it much easier to install a full sized quartz counter top. I have had wonderful compliments from all who have used my new bathroom.

Stephen and his crew did 2 sets of renovations at my Pub. Always arrived when they said they would be there, great attitude, always available for questions, and workmanship of the highest quality. Could not ask for better. A+

Stephen Peltier and his crew did a complete bathroom tear-down and replacement for me. I accepted Stephan's suggestions as to toilet and bath to use and am happy with the choice. The project was completed in 10 days with no cost or other surprises. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and have no hesitation recommending Stephan and his crew to other potential clients.

Stephen installed an over the range microwave for me. I was so impressed by the job he did. It looks beautiful and he was so professional. I thought that a cupboard would have to be removed, but Stephen said no, he can do it without the removal of the cupboard and let me know what kind of microwave to buy. He saved me so much money but not removing the cupboard. I would highly recommend Terral Villa Developments. Sorry I don't have a picture as I am not the greatest when it comes to computers.
