Tyvan with Niche renovated my entire main floor under incredibly tight timelines in spring 2021. We had a few structural challenges however they were able to pivot well and offered solutions to stick to timeline and budget. My home is stunning and bold with hints of playfulness that make it a wonderful functional family home.

Tyvan worked with Niche Designs to fully renovate my kitchen this summer. They were a pleasure to work with. This was an older home with a few structural surprises once all of the studs were exposed. Tyler, Evan and their team were able to present clear options and address all of the issues cleanly and quickly without delay or complications. The finishing work was excellent which included moving windows and replacing siding. I could not be happier with how the project proceeded and the final result and would highly recommend Tyvan.

We hired Tyvan Contracting to complete framing on a house renovation this year and they have delivered absolutely impeccable work. Not only has the team completed the work they were hired to do, they have gone above and beyond to ensure issues that were outside their scope of work were brought forward and addressed by providing insight and solutions. Everyday they would also make the time to ensure the site was clean and orderly prior to leaving for the day or weekend. The team as a whole is clean, professional, friendly and great to work with. I have loved working with them on this project and look forward to completing future projects with this team!

We had Tyvan Contracting build us two large fireplace surrounds we needed for new gas fireplace installations as well as a new door at the top of the stairs to the basement level. Both Evan and Tyler were great to communicate with and the jobs were done in a timely manner. They did the framing perfectly ,the gas installers had not issues at all. We could not be happier with the work that Tyvan did in our home! My husband and I were a bit lost on how we would start our baby room. We had Evan come for a quick visit; he took measurements and suggested a beautiful wainscoting for the room. The work was done quick, well, and at an affordable price. Tyvan has an extensive background in indoor/outdoor home-construction work - we'll be using them next time we find ourselves with a home project. We recommend them to all of our friends.

The boys started out on a kitchen demolition and reconfigure cabinetry. Their trades were professional and reasonable. Then we renoed two bathrooms with their help and finally they replaced an old deck and cover. Their work ethic and talent were as good or better than any I've encountered in 40 yrs of general contracting, and they are nice guys to have around. I highly recommend this company.
