We hired Ben to build a custom home in the Spring of 2012. It was the first time my wife and I had made such a large financial decision and we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Ben (and Cassie) to build our house. One of the things I most appreciated about Ben was his honesty. When it came to providing a budget, Ben's budget was very detailed and he took the time to sit down with us and go line by line looking for areas where we could save money however he also directed us to items where we shouldn't "go cheap". As great as Ben was, his better half, Cassie was fantastic to work with during the project. Cassie assisted us in selections of about everything going into the house. From hardwood, carpet, cabinet color, and fixtures, Cassie played a big part in making this house a home. It's often said that the best compliment you can give a builder is when they come in on time and on budget which was true for Ben. However, the best compliment that I can provide Ben and Cassie is that we consistently recommend them to any of our friends looking to build in Northwest Arkansas.

My wife has continually told people about our building experience, how Ben Booth was easy to get along with and to work with making the experience truly collaborative and positive. Even when he was busy, things moved forward. His cost structure also put him on our side in the process, helping us find savings that we could not find on our own. Lastly, we have heard more stories than not about people ending of the building process with some frustration, but thankfully that was not the case for us as Ben treated us attentively and like people instead of a mere business deal. That's a great way to do business!

After moving to Northwest Arkansas, my husband and I decided to build a home. We were given Ben Booth's name by a family member and after doing some research and meeting with Ben, we did not look any further. He is extremely knowledgable, thoughtful, and competent. Ben, along with his wife, Cassie have helped us every step of the way. I like that they have let us make decisions but not mistakes. Ben has consistantly hired the best subcontractors and we have worked well with all of them. While we are a little over budget, it is due to our decisions to change/ upgrade some item. Ben gave us an itemized estimate up front and I am able to see all the invoices so it has been easy for me to keep up with the budget. We started our home in May, 2014 and expect to be finished in Oct, 2014. This will be ~ 30 days ahead of schedule. If I were to start this process all over, I would choose Booth Building and Design again.

Not only is the finished product from Booth Building & Design incredible, Ben and his team make it an easy and enjoyable process throughout. Ben uses only the best sub-contractors that stand by their work. They do an unbelievable job understanding what you are looking for and turning it into reality. We provided a ton of pictures from houzz.com as inspirations and the team was able to recreate them into the designs we were looking for. Ben has built many homes for me over the past years. He has done a phenomonal job each and every time. I tell him what i want and he gets it done. The main attribute about Ben is his honesty and integrity. There are alot of builders out there but my main focus has been one i can trust. Ben is that.
