New & Custom Home Builders Near Treasure Lake

“Connie answered our call and arrived the following week to meet us, learn of our plans for a kitchen makeover on our 1931 era Cape Cod home. With a rather small area and very little cabinetry, some drastic changes were needed to not only add more storage and nice work area, but also to update and bring the space and functionality up to current code compliance as well as improving the overall appearance. Any questions (and there were many) or changes we discussed, Connie was able to guide us through and provide reasonable and attractive solutions. Concerns with regards to cabinetry, construction or detailing costs were always addressed within 1 day. We had not less than 4 on site meetings before work began and once the demo began, she kept in touch with the contractor and stopped by frequently. This was the first time we have worked with a designer and were very pleased with the accuracy in measurements - the orders for cabinetry, crown molding countertops arrived on time and exactly as needed. Connie worked to find items, such as cabinet hardware, plumbing fixtures and ceramic tile that suited our budget. We would heartily recommend this designer for any home improvement project.”

“Bloxdorf construction has completed several projects for me varying from larger corporate building remodel, renovation and complete restoration of an early-20th century house for us, as well as a remodel of our residential master bath shower. They have always been the utmost professionals, keeping the areas clean, disposing of material promptly, removing shoes in our home (carrying boots to work areas). The design expertise and access to top-quality materials makes planning and completing projects easy. I highly recommend Brett Bloxdorf and Bloxdorf Construction for any of your building needs.”

“Structural Modulars, Inc did a fantastic job building 9 homes for me in one year (2013). My customers are all pleased with the quality of the construction of their homes. I found SMI to be #1 in Design Flexibility, Quality, and Service. SMI's design team is fantastic and helps us from beginning to end to see the project through.”
