My wife and I bought a new home from Alan (Four D Construction) last summer. We had been looking for some time for new construction and wanted to find a small builder who cares about the quality and finished product. Alan uses a select group of subs, which seems to be the best way to control your finished product. Our home came with lots of nice touches, 9 Ft. ceilings on both floors, fully tiled showers, dual ovens, fully landscaped, and AC.
