“I had the pleasure of working with Tristan and the RenoTech team in the build of my amazing new house. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the building process, from the quality of the craftsmanship, to the communication and organisation skills, to the ‘can do - solutions based attitude’ that made them a delight to collaborate with. My project involved restoring an existing dwelling and adding a new three level extension within a 12 month project plan. The project was completed on time and close to budget, which was a remarkable achievement. The RenoTech team impressed me with their ability to work with the architectural drawings and find solutions to any challenges that arose, without requiring us to re-engage with the architect. They always presented me with options and recommendations that were practical and aligned with the vision. Communication is one of the RenoTech team's greatest strengths. They kept me informed and involved throughout the project, with daily updates that included photos and progress reports. They were always available to answer my questions and address any issues that came up. Tristan stayed on top of everything and had a clear overview of the project and was quick to respond to any query. My project had a dedicated team of two RenoTech buidlers on site for the duration of the build. Laurens and Jaz were always polite, cheerful and so wonderfully professional. They paid attention to every detail and ensured that the building was crafted to the highest standard. They also had a cracking sense of humour and made the whole experience feel effortless (even though at time it must have felt anything but). Finally, the team was responsive and proactive in the rectification process and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. They continued to show their commitment and care even after the project was done. I genuinely recommend RenoTech for their exceptional work and service. “Can highly recommend ZSA. Our project was the demolition of a previous single level extension which was poorly built and replacing it with a new two level extension. We wanted our new living space to be contemporary but it also needed to blend in with the original Victorian era house which is 140 years old.
