I met with Three Kings Construction on a few projects for my real estate clients and referred him to a few clients. They were all impressed with how Rance showed up when he said he would and had the bid for them when he said he would. I am not sure if any of my clients have hired them yet but the feedback so far on their professionalism shows me this is a company worth referring and hiring in the future. If you desire a truly custom remodel or building experience, I highly recommend 3 Kings Construction. They go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want rather than a cookie cutter design job. The owners, Jon and Rance take a hands on approach and are with you every step of the way. I think that's why their work maintains such integrity and craftsmanship. In 2015 they did a commercial build-out for me and I couldn't have been happier!
