This was a remodel and addition project for an active family. The family loved their neighborhood, but needed more space. We made the existing garage space a new theater room, added a full bath, expanded the laundry room, and added on a new garage space with a bonus play room above the garage. Our main goal here was to meet the family's needs while making the end product look like it was always there.
