My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Established in 2013, Dadapt became a Brooklyn- based studio that focuses on two aspects of design: real estate and individualism. The basis of these design philosophies allows for our studio to bring a unique quality of service, creativity, functionality and style. Dadapt has designed for a multitude of interior spaces from conceptualization to construction. Throughout our journey, Dadapt has worked with clients in residential, retail and commercial aspects: in all or customized facets of the design process. It is our goal to ensure our clients with the highest standard of service in areas of new construction, renovations, decor and accesories.

Shari is a meticulous, talented designer, who pays attention to her clients' needs and surpasses expectations with her designs. She works with the client and their budget to design and install the highest quality project for the client's budget and within their timeline. I have been looking forward to collaborating with Dadapt on the right project and I'm totally look forward to working with Shari in the near future.

Shari is amazing. She transformed 3 of my apartments in 3 beautiful and magical places. I had each of the 3 apartments decorated in different styles Modern, Eclectic and Rustic. Shari is very patient and a great listener. She tailored her designs to incorporate my preferences. At the same time she is straightforward and will tell you if something that you want doesn't fit in. She is very knowledgeable of the vendors, and knows how to find value at all price points for materials and furniture. To sum up : Amazing experience - I am very lucky to have worked with her.

We hired Dadapt for a commercial (retail) project. Shari put together the team we needed (required by landlord) and was very clear about fees of all parties involved. Throughout, she was very receptive to how we wanted the space to feel, materials we wanted to use, even colors. She has good ideas, explains herself well, and is very diplomatic. And all our plans, etc, were done by deadline. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Dadapt again.

My Fiancee hired this company to style my apartment when we moved back to LA. Shari had also styled our previous apartment. She was very easy to work with and she made our places both functional and feel like home. We plan to hire her to style our next place!

It was a pleasure to work with Dadapt on our retail fit-out project. Shari Francis from Dadapt is very organized, as well as design and client oriented. She coordinated all aspect of the projects between all consultants, maintained cost and schedule. She managed the clients expectations and worked within their budget and space physical constraints. I was blown away by Ms. Francis' design and design aesthetic, she managed to fit a lot of personality in small space.
