“We initially chose Commonwealth Curb Appeal after seeing their work at two different houses, and after seeing the quality and craftsmanship that went into their work, and upon recommendation from former clients. During our own patio/fireplace project Josh has personally been very available for communication, going above and beyond the norm to make sure things were "right" with the job (even after normal hours and on weekends, and with incidentals associated with the job. It is clear that he cares about the work, about his final project, and about the customer's thoughts, comments and opinions. I think josh realizes and appreciates that his clients are paying hard-earned money for their projects and as such he honors and respects that fact by giving 100% back to the client. Garrett and his crew that performed the work couldn't have been nicer folks to work with. This has even been echoed by several of my neighbors that had interaction with the crew. The crew was meticulous in building the fireplace and patio. They also were very good in keeping the streets and construction area clean every day, I could find no fault with their work, and they maintained a positive attitude - - even during the 90+ degree days of July! “This is meant to endorse my incredibly positive experience with work carried out by Cross Creek Nursery. They designed and installed a gravel and slate walkway in a very difficult location. The area is sloped and prone to water runoff. Mark McAuliffe suggested this type of walkway because of the good drainage that it affords. His crew was very professional, well skilled, and courteous. They installed the path as scheduled with an excellent choice and placement of the slate on the gravel foundation. After a couple of weeks water runoff slightly eroded a small side of the walkway. Without question, Mark responded immediately and remedied the situation with "chalet stone" for reinforcement. Another excellent choice and suggestion. All of the stone was supplied and installed at no cost which is amazing in this time of all too common poor customer service. One could see that Mark truly cared about making things right and standing behind his work. To this day there is no erosion, and the walkway is a functional and attractive addition to the yard. Cross Creek also installed a low dry stack wall in the adjacent sloping rear yard. Again, the stones were well chosen and skillfully placed. I had a few suggestions about moving the stones, and this was done willingly and carefully with a fine aesthetic. They transformed an unremarkable rear yard into a pleasing and defined space for planting shrubs, perennials, and annuals. I cannot praise their service enough, and their ability to please the customer. I highly recommend Cross Creek Nursery to design and create a landscape environment for you that is both high quality and affordable.”
