I contracted with FBS to do a seismic upgrade and a patio entry remodel of my mid-80s townhouse. In the process they solved a long standing water leak problem that had plagued many a previous home owner and contractor, FBS also skillfully executed a patio remodel design that had multiple engineering challenges. I highly recommend the entire FBS team for their excellence and expertise! They patiently listened and never quit until any and all issues were resolved to my own and my HOA's satisfaction.
