We built a house with Lee Wetherington in 2012. Working with the entire Lee team was a great experience. Once we were in the house there were very few maintenance issues (and no major ones) & the Lee warranty team resolved each issue quickly & expertly. To this day they still respond to emails from me when I have a question about something or I'm looking for a recommendation for a quality service professional. Nine years later the house is still the best built home we have ever lived in.

Wetherington Homes was recommended to my wife and I by some close friends who had built with them a little over two years ago. We liked their home and decided to go with Wetherington when we decided to have our own home built. We were not disappointed! Having gone through the construction process three prior times, twice in Pennsylvania and once here in Florida (the latter, with a different builder), I must say that Wetherington was the best we had experienced by a large measure. The design studio, choices, and personnel were first rate. Our lead builder Chris Stauffer and head of the pool construction section, Todd Hubbard, were the highlight of the building process. Chris was not only easily accessible throughout, but responsive to any questions, requests or concerns. These were acted on quickly and to our satisfaction. He also was great at providing guidance through the process. Todd was also very accessible and provided excellent guidance with pool design and oversight. Punch list items near moving time were relatively few and also quickly addressed. We would highly recommend building with Lee Wetherington.
