I would give 6 stars if possible! Caroline and her team (Raquel and Morgan) made our house magical...We interviewed several top design firms not only in the Naples area but as far away as Orlando. Glenn (the owner of Design West) nailed it when he put the very talented “Trio” together. They listened to what we wanted and gave GREAT suggestions. If we didn’t like something..they would come back with more suggestions until we were happy. Even after we have moved into the house their thorough follow up has not stopped! It the best compliment when other trades people who see houses all the time comment on how beautiful everything is in every room! Would highly recommend Design West.

Caroline and her team at Design West did an amazing job in helping us update our newly purchased beach condo into a bright, airy, beautiful space our family and friends can comfortably enjoy. Caroline and her team oversaw the renovation from start to finish, assisting us with paint selections, furniture layouts and selections, window treatments, lighting and technology. Since we live out of state, in addition to assisting us with these design concepts, we relied on the Design West team to manage the contractors, which was a big piece. They even got us move-in ready by making up the beds and placing home furnishings and decor throughout prior to our arrival and our first stay. We were able to meet with the team a few times in person, however, much of the process was done remotely. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the team. They were attentive, thorough and prompt in responding to our requests and the aggressive timeframe of the project.

Design West has used our decorative hardware on numerous occasions, and they seem to find the perfect way to utilize our pieces. They are the ultimate in design knowledge and professionalism. It's been a pleasure to work with Brooke Meyer and the entire team at Design West. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with them.

We just completed our Naples home build and I must say, from start to finish, the Design West team including Caroline and Raquel were top notch. I had quite a few ideas of what I wanted as far as the look, feel and functionality of the home and they went above and beyond to not only make those priorities a reality but to bring even more inspiration to the project than I could have ever dreamed of accomplishing! I had the pleasure of working with Brooke and her team as the Superintendent on a whole house remodel that included moving walls, removing walls to open up the space, all new mechanical systems, cabinetry, converting a half bath to a pool bath. Brooke and her team were always available and open to ideas from the construction side of the company to accomplish the result to exceed the owners expectations.

Brooke has amazing taste and came up with ideas that I would have never dreamed of myself. Not only did she create a beautiful home for us, she stayed on budget and helped us avoid very costly mistakes by communicating directly with the GC and his crew about issues with construction that only she seemed to notice. She puts herself in your shoes and really thinks of every possibility. Can't wait to work with Brooke again!

I hired Design West to do a complete home renovation. Brooke and her team did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with every single design element and to get the project done in time for a huge open house we had scheduled for all of our friends and neighbors. Everyone in their showroom and all of their delivery/installation staff were very friendly and professional.
