J. Ryan Duffey Architect

We hired Ryan to design a renovation and addition to a small Peachtree Hills bungalow. I told him what I wanted to accomplish and he did it!! We are so very happy with the finished product! Ryan was great to work with and had the most positive, upbeat attitude. I always felt like he "got it" when I mentioned my thoughts and desires for the house. Additionally he came up with ideas and plans that enhanced and modernized the home while maintaining the character of the original home. I highly recommend Ryan! Super Job!

As a custom home builder, we want to partner with architects that are creative and willing to go outside the box, yet work within the parameters given by the client. Ryan does just that! He works hand in hand with homeowner to help them achieve an unique design for their home. Ryan is a team player from execution through the entire building process. He worked well with the contractor to insure the house was constructed according to specifications and also designed our boat house which is both beautiful and functional. Ryan did our townhouse renovation and did a great job. Our courtyard is fabulous and the design is a work of art.

I can not say enough great things about Ryan. From start to finish he was involved in our project and listening to what our needs really were. His insights and the quality of his work truly are amazing. He turned the unfinished basement of our loft into a 2 bedroom 1 bath area that has become one of our favorite areas.
