Empty nesters downsized into a townhouse and hired Ryan Duffey to rebuild the entire space. A courtyard replaced an outdoor space with an antiquated retractable roof and is now surrounded by the living quarters on three sides with stucco walls, outdoor fireplace, fountain and landscaping.
