An transitional Buckhead cottage gets an interior and exterior renovation designed by J. Ryan Duffey Architect and built by K2 Construction. The original front porch had fluted columns and dentil moulding. The porch was removed and rebuilt using a more rustic southern vernacular.

The original porch had fluted ionic columns and dentil moulding. Square columns replaced the old ones along with exposed rafters. Interior and exterior renovation designed by J. Ryan Duffey Architect and built by K2 Construction.

The kitchen has custom painted cabinetry with iron hardware and lime washed floors. An open pantry houses appliances.

The walls are tiled with subway tiles and open shelving added. A metal window by Rod Gibson was added so you could look out onto the drive. The floors were painted with limewash and iron hardware was added to the custom cabinetry.

A custom range hood and subway tiles were added to the kitchen as well as custom millwork with iron hardware. A view of the pantry to the right of the refrigerator where the appliances are neatly tucked away.

This sitting area is within the kitchen area. The hall to the left leads to the laundry room and master bath. The fireplace is stucco with a reclaimed piece of wood as a mantle.

A wall of built in cabinets were added to the master bedroom along with a fireplace made from stucco with a reclaimed wood mantle to create a sitting area.
