We unfortunately wasted a lot of time and money with this company. We met with them for an almost complete restoration of an old farmhouse. We put down a $5,000 deposit only to find that much discrepancy in both the time frame and cost began to occur. We were told that they were working feverishly on other jobs and would get to us as soon as possible. Our friends mentioned to us that they would see the owner out on the lake often, while we waited days for a call back. The owner has been rude, dismissive and dishonest with us. We regret wasting months of good weather waiting patiently, trusting that they would honor their word.

Paulson's came out to do some trim work on a house we just bought. We are nowhere near their headquarters but they were they only one who would take the job. It was not a high priced job so no one local would even talk to us. They were exceptional in their communication, professionalism and timeliness. We will recommend them to everyone and will be using them again in the future!

I called them to replace windows because I needed a construction company and not just a window company as the framing and wood around the windows was in bad shape. Their website showed that they had experience with older homes and I needed the job to be consistent with the style of the house. They were prompt in replying and the whole team was very professional and did an excellent job. Finished in one day. I was very comfortable with them. We had them do one bank of windows about November 2013 and hired them again to do more in February 2014. The windows are beautiful and have significantly lowered our energy costs. We are going to ask them soon to replace more windows in the back and I will not hesitate to use them for any other home projects we need.

We had a kitchen, dining and living room done. Paulson's Construction employees ad sub-contractors are the best. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend them.

In the course of owning several homes, over a 35 year period, I have had to hire a variety of firms to repair, install, remodel, and make additions to those structures. Paulson's Construction has provided me with the best work product and service of ANY company I have utilized. Whether it's major projects like basement finishing or minor repairs, no other company has provided better service or results than Paulson's. They get the work done on time and within budget. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in quality work at a reasonable price.

Paulson's construction did an incredible job with our project. We added a very spacious master suite and bonus storage room to our house. Paulson's team was very professional throughout the process and left us with a room we love!

Excellent job on our Kitchen Remodel. They the job was completed on time by their very professional and friendly crew. My wife is very pleased and it came in under budget. Highly recommended contractor! We are now considering a bath remodel by them.

For anyone considering any interior remodeling I would highly recommend Paulson's for the work. We had a complete kitchen do over this past Spring (2013) including hardwood flooring throughout the dinning, kitchen, and hallways. The level of craftsmanship executed by the workers is very high and more than exceeded our expectations. At the end of every workday they left our home as clean and uncluttered as could be expected under the circumstances. All our concerns were addressed promptly and courteously. The staff at Paulson's showroom are very knowledgeable and know the products they offer and how they would work into the design of our project very well. The design it self was developed with Paul's and our input and it has proven to be a most workable plan for our life space. In the future any new projects we plan will of course be done by Paulson's.

We selected Paulson's Construction as our provide for construction and installation of historical-replica shutters (there were many) on our large, historic home. That selection was made based upon the outstanding reviews we'd heard from others who used this well-established company. We weren't disappointed! Not only was the work impeccable, but their staff remained in steady contact with us throughout the construction, explaining, clarifying and respecting our requirements. Not only would we recommend Paulson's to anyone interested in fine construction, but in fact we'll be inviting them back for another project in 2014 when we return to Howell, MI from our temporary assignment in New York. We've had several projects completed by this company, including window replacement for the entire house. Couldn't ask for a more professional job, that met all of our expectations- and I'm quite a perfectionist when it comes to repairs and remodeling.

Our first project was In August, 2012 we contacted Paulson's to install three new Anderson windows we previously purchased. One 4ft. x 4ft. window we furnished plus one Pella 5ft. x 6ft. window furnished by Paulson't were installed, The other two 2ft x 4ft. windows we had couldn't be installed. New Pella windows were ordered and later installed in May, 2013. We contacted Paulson's Construction when our home was burgalerized in February 2013 while we were in Florida, Returning home we contacted Paulson's for an estimate to have an aluminium 8ft. x 5ft. window and frame replaced that was destroyed. Paulson's promptly came out, gave us a cost estimate, and promptly sent a crew to board up the large window against further intrusion. A special window order was required and later installed in May, 2013 along with the two windows from the first project.. The third project Paulson't did was to replace 3 old slider windows with new Pella casement windows, similiar to the other Pella's they previously installed. These windows were installed in July 2013. The Paulson's Team was very flexable with our schedule, very professional, from first contact, project review, work performed on agreed dates, daily cleanup of worksite, through final inspection from their construction supervisor. Final "walk through" was well received by us. The working crews were prompt, courteous, asked us questions concerning how we preferred windows to be trimmed inside, etc. the three projects entailed replacing 8 windows, three large windows ranging from a 8ft. x 5ft casement window, a 4ft. x 4ft., to a 5ft. x 6ft. casement. The other six windows were a bit smaller in the 3 1/2ft. x 3 1/2 ft. range. Windows replaced were old single pane wooden "sliders" and all eight wondows are now energy rated vinyl clad exterior wooden thermopane windows by Pella and one Anderson casement we had from another project. Because of their integrity and workmanship, our daughter hired Paulson's Construction to completely remodel her bathroom in another city.
