We have added several 2nd story additions to existing homes. It is a great way to double your square footage while maintaining setback requirements.

Second story addition for growing family along with converting existing garage to living space and then adding new garage. We completely changed the curb appeal of this house. What a difference.

This growing family was in need of more bedroom space. For this home it made great sense to put a second story addition over the existing garage. Utilizing sprayed-in closed cell foam insulation made this a really tight and efficient bedroom addition.
