Kasper Custom Remodeling is a great company. They totally remodeled our downstairs several years ago. Just recently we had a roof leak that messed up our ceiling & wall paint. The paint had run marks from the leak & was coming off the wall. I called them to see if they could fix it. They were so fast in responding and getting it fixed. Our ceiling & walls look brand new again. I was so thankful for their quick response and getting the work done. They could have easily said you’re out of warranty sorry. Our house is a typical Dallas ranch house built in 1969. It had various update and repairs that a house of this age normally gets. Different owners, different eras, and different design tastes led us to decide on a major remodel of the house. Who to use? We used the internet and had a few come out. One was very expensive wanting a large some of money for design work alone. Another said they could do it for a fraction of what we knew it should cost. A third kept offering free trinkets to sign without providing a budget. We became very frustrated with the process. We realized the answer had been under our noses for years. Kasper Custom Remodeling has been working in our neighborhood for years. A neighbor’s remodeling project had a Kasper sign. It was the last call we had to make. The initial meeting with Steve and crew gave us the confidence the project would be within our budget and be high quality. Greg was our project leader. His experience, resourcefulness, and creativity was great. He was easy to work with and even got us easily through the occasional hiccups a 54 year-old house can provide. This was not a small job. We tore down a wall and opened up the main part of the house. The primary bathroom was gutted to make it wheelchair friendly. Wood flooring was added to the majority of the house. We changed some windows. A complete new interior paint job. This had framing, Sheetrock, paint, electrical, plumbing, hvac, trim, and some door work. Kasper has very talented people who did some of the work but their subcontractors were very good. All were professional and experienced. At the end of the day, they all cleaned up. We lived in the house during the remodel with a rowdy golden doodle. The cleanliness was very important especially with me using a wheelchair. We highly recommend Kasper. We would use them again. Her knowledge of Crystal Cabinets made it possible for us to truly achieve the customization we were going for in this dream kitchen and family room. Following the design phase, we had the best project manager. Greg P. was nothing but professional and knowledgeable, always communicating with us so there were no surprises. They work with some of the best trades in the industry (love Eddie and Julianna). Of course with all remodels, you never know what you’ll find when you knock down a wall. But you needn’t worry because the team at Kasper is there to trouble shoot and problem solve every step of the way. I would absolutely work with them again.

Our journey began with Steve Kasper and Meagan Monroe in the fall of 2019 after interviewing numerous companies. You can spend less and get a kitchen everyone has, we wanted something more and Kasper made that happen. They spent countless hours ensuring that we would end up with our dream kitchen while providing us with excellent service and professionalism. The demo began in October, the timeline was accurate, the communication was consistent and all the contractors assigned to the project were prompt and completed their tasks very successfully. Any remodel can be overwhelming and feel daunting but Steve and Meagan guided us step by step through the entire process from grout color, custom drawer inserts and the ice maker that gives us the famous "Sonic" ice. The project finished when forecasted and similar to the way our journey began, it finished with Steve, Jennifer and Meagan celebrating with us in our beautiful, just how we expected it, kitchen. Fast forward to 2021 as I write this, we cannot say enough good things about our new kitchen. 2020 brought on a lot of staying home, which was such a joy to be able to hang out, cook, bake and appreciate every penny spent on the project, not one ounce of buyers remorse. We have used Kasper for several renovation projects, including an outdoor living room and other exterior renovations, as well as 2 bathrooms. We plan to have them renovate our master bathroom as well. We have been extremely pleased with the level of quality and service. You have a dedicated project manager and designer for your projects. Extraordinary! Everyone at Kasper went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me (and believe it or not, that is even an understatement). I was in a tough situation with some damage to my condo and even though my small space and even smaller budget was below their usual scope, they wanted to help and took on my project. From beginning to end, I was in awe of their professional quality and efficiency while still maintaining the heart and compassion of a family owned business! The addition of our sunroom was not the biggest or most complex job, but it unconditionally met the goal of bringing the outdoors into a comfortable space. We hired Kasper Remodeling for a very large project and have been extremely happy with their attention to detail and follow up! We have a 1962 mid century split level home and wanted to punch out 17 feet across the front while adding about 1000 sq feet and completely giving the house a face-lift. We liked Steve and his architects ideas the best and that lead to an easy decision to move forward. Steve provided many references of satisfied customers and we even walked through a home he had done to reinforce our decision was with the best. As in any remolding project if there were hiccups along the way, they were immediately addressed. What sold Steve and team on us was the references for any warranty work post construction. Again, as with any remolding, you have to expect post construction work that may need to be addressed. Greg, the foreman has been on the spot to help with all follow up items that needed addressed. Finally, their quality in the finish out and painting make a huge difference. We are very satisfied with the outcome and love our new home!!

It has been over a year since our master bath has been remodeled and each time I walk into the bathroom I am surprised and delighted at how lovely everything turned out. From the design, the craftsmanship, the professionalism of the general manager, Greg and his entire staff everything is beyond our expectations. We were referred to Kasper from some of our best friends. Kasper completed a remodel of their home and they were completely satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted to renovate their home and wanted it RIGHT. Steve Kasper will make sure your satisfied. He will not ask for $1.00 up front, and only bills after the work is completed. Very rare in this industry. Kasper Custom Remodeling completed our home in May of 2016 and we absolutely are satisfied.

We began the planning of our remodel in early 2015. Kasper was soon contacted to begin the process of remodeling this 60 year old home. Details of our conversations and product submittal were all put in contract format. We moved from the home during the remodel. Work began on time and was completed on schedule and in budget. We're back in the home before the holidays. Punchlist items were taken care in a very timely manner.

I could not recommend Kasper Custom Remodeling more highly. I have provided more details below but the most important reasons for this recommendation are: project completed on time and on budget; any unforeseen issues communicated immediately and with options for resolution; professional quality work that Kasper stands behind without question. We found out that we had to move to Dallas quickly as a result of a job move. After interviewing several companies we chose Steve and his team. We added a 2nd floor and basically gutted 75% of the first floor including the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. The project started February 28 immediately after the closing and we moved in August 2. I was very nervous about such a large renovation in a short period of time especially since we were living 900 miles away during the entire project. In order to mitigate my fears Steve and his team provided me with pictures of the entire project every week before a standing conference call between Steve, myself and the project manager. In this weekly meeting we would review all aspects of the project including timeline (a Microsoft Project Gantt chart), critical path items that needed to be purchased, actual progress and what the detailed plan of work was for the next 3 weeks. I could list several examples of Steve and his team's professionalism and problem solving but I think the following represents it well. As part of the project, Steve had included an inspection of the existing drain system in the house. During the inspection, they found that the central drain line under the slab foundation had collapsed. 2 weeks, an 18" channel 2 feet wide 2 feet deep cut the length of the house and a tunnel under one of the existing bathrooms and we had a totally new drain line. Again, I cannot recommend Steve and the Kasper team strongly enough. He is absolutely a man of his word.

Kasper Custom Remodeling remodeled the master and guest bath in our home in 2011. From beginning to end, our remodel was project managed professionally,creatively and most importantly time effectively. The stunning results have withstood the test of time. Some of the things that set Kasper Custom Remodeling apart from other similar companies we have dealt with in the past include: -Working collaboratively with us to achieve our goal starting with only the few magazine pictures we gave them up front. - Providing us with a detailed project binder that went well beyond usual projected costs of materials/labor and timelines. -Outstanding customer service from every member of the team. Things can rapidly get tense when you constantly have people in your home for a long period of time. The Kasper Team was unfailing friendly, professional and communicated constantly regarding the status of the project. -If for some reason a time line could not be met we were told as soon as possible and why. -They were honest if something we initially planned might not be optimal. They made alternate suggestions that always turned out to be better.

We have had remodeling done on our house in Dallas on two occasions by Kasper Remodeling. The kitchen update was done a few years ago and was beautiful. Just recently, we had painting and repairs done throughout the house. Again, it was a terrific job and looked fantastic when they were done. The projects were both on time and on budget. We purchased a farmhouse built decades ago and it needed a lot of remodeling and constant maintenance. Again and again, we called on Kasper Custom for small jobs, big jobs and everything in between. I have worked with Kasper Custom Remodeling on three separate occasions (and starting a fourth). I have been consistently pleased with the partnership and collaboration. Jenni and Steve are fantastic at helping their clients think through what is most important to a successful remodeling project, prioritizing and providing great counsel on realistic timing and budget. My husband and I were in need of a master bath remodel. Jenni Kasper came out to look at the space and came up with a wonderful design, gutting what was there, using the existing space and even adding a window that added a tremendous amount of outdoor light to the bathroom. Then Steve and his crew went to work. We absolutely love the finished product and would recommend Kasper Custom Remodeling to anyone needing updating. Kasper Custom Remodelling is an excellent General Contractor! They received one of the first Montigo R620 fireplaces and we worked closely with them on the installation. Both Jennifer and Steve Kasper work closely with their clients. It is not uncommon for them to remodel one area of a house only to have the client decide to have them back to do another area later. Their projects are scheduled punctually and they always have a clean job site. In the final stages of the project, it is strictly floor covers, white gloves and booties.

My wife and I recently had extensive remodeling work done on our house in Dallas by Kasper Custom Remodeling. The work included replacement of 20 windows, major foundation work (french drains), ceiling repair, extensive stucco repair and repair of a light fixture in our entryway, as well as several small chores. Steve stands by his word. The project (kitchen remodel) turned out beautifully. And when there was a problem with the cabinet hinges that resulted in a much higher cost to the contractor, he absorbed that cost based on principle and his word. My husband & I are a young newly married couple who bought our first home in the North Dallas area back in 2010. When we purchased our classic 1950's ranch, we knew that the house would require remodeling but were not ready to tackle those large projects prior to move in. One & a half years later, in the summer of 2011, we decided that the 1st remodel would be our kitchen. The kitchen was original to the home with a very outdated floorplan, outdated wallpaper, appliances that sometimes worked, yellow formica counterops, old cabinetry that didn't even close all the way & not enough storage. Both my husband & I love to cook & entertain so we knew that a complete gut job of the kitchen was necessary. Since this was our first project, we researched extensively & interviewed 4 different contractors. Steve & Jenni Kasper of Kasper Custom Remodeling came highly recommended to us by a work colleague of mine so they were our first call. After first meeting Steve, I knew he was the one for our job. His professionalism, friendly manner & portfolio blew me away. Becuase he was the first contractor I met with, I did meet the other three all the while knowing that Kasper Custom Remodeling was the right fit. When we finally asked him to take our project on, it was smooth sailing from there. I had prepared an entire binder of magazine pictures, paint samples, floor plans etc. of how I dreamed our kitchen would look. Steve & Jenni graciosuly poured over my ideas & created a ktichen that still to this day gives me goosebumps when I walk in the door. When it came time to discuss numbers, Steve & Jenni provided the most detailed budget I had ever seen accompanied by drawings, renderings, project schedules & more. I was simplly blown away by their work process. The kitchen project from the first day of demolition to moving back in was approximatley 3 months which is exactly what Kasper Custom Remodeling predicted. Overall, we ripped out everything to the stubs, rearranged the entire kitchen layout, put down all new hardwood flooring, opened up the ktichen to our den for better flow, had all new cabinetry built, put in marble counterops (a must in my book), and created a huge island for entertaining, cooking & eating. I cannot say enough good things about Steve & Jenni Kasper. Their professionalism, communication, abitlity to stay on budget, stay on track with schedules & the trades that they partner with are simply the best. We had a really exceptional working experience with them. In fact, we are in the midst of our 2nd remodleing project that just started today.
