As an architect, I have worked with Level Team Contracting on a number of projects in the Atlanta area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to even a discriminating home owner. In fact, when it came time for a close family member of mine to renovate their home, I recommend Level Team. JR, Scott and the rest of the team delivered superior results in difficult working conditions.

I could not recommend Level Team Contracting more highly. They completed a home renovation for us in August 2017 and the experience was flawless. JR and their architect drew up a perfect plan, reading our mind on what we wanted. Scott and Ross managed the project to perfection, even getting us into our home a week earlier than expected. And Tiffany helped pick the perfect design elements to make us LOVE or home's new look! I would absolutely embark on another project with them in the future.

Level Team Contracting has done two major projects for us over the past year and both were beautifully done. Scott, J.R., Tiffany, Allie and the whole team are professional and do a great job from day one through to completion. They stuck to the schedule both times and kept us up to date on progress throughout the projects. The work is very, very high quality and they are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

I photograph architecture and exteriors/interiors for a living and because of this (and a few years working in the construction industry) it takes a little bit more wow-factor to have me in awe of design, build quality, and craftsmanship. I photographed two recently completed jobs for Level Team in May, and I was in awe of the work. The build quality was solid, the design work was beautiful at both locations, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. In addition to that, I was able to meet several of the team members during the five hours that I was on location for them, and all of them were very nice and enjoyable to be around. That isn't something to take for granted in the construction industry, as partnering with the wrong kinds of people/personalities can make the already-stressful build- or renovation process a nightmare. Level Team has been around for a while, and with this combination of design and build quality partnered with their friendly, customer-service demeanor, I'm sure they'll be making the Atlanta area more beautiful for many years to come.

Level Team Contracting completed our home renovation in Fall 2016 and we cannot speak highly enough of their work! They made the process extremely easy for us and the end result was outstanding. They knew exactly what our vision was, were able to provide expert recommendations and ideas (a huge plus for us!), and stay on budget! Level Team Contracting built our dream custom home. We started this contractor-client relationship over three years ago when they helped us select the perfect lot for our home and find an architect. They were a pleasure to work with even during though this was a very stressful time in our lives. We loved the fact that they always had an open line of communication and walked us through each step, from demolition of the existing home, selecting finishes and styles, and the financial aspects of the project. We are extremely satisfied with the results and plan to live in our dream home forever.

Level Team was exceptional in managing and executing our first level renovation. We decided to gut our laundry room and bath, along with remodel our breakfast and game room. Both JR and Scott provided outstanding guidance and management of their contractors and sub-contractors and took all of the work out of our hands. My major concern with this project was a need for us to have to manage and be worried about all of the workers in and out of the project, Level Team made this the easiest and non obtrusive construction effort we have ever had. The results and quality of the work were exceptional. Not only would we highly recommend Level Team to our friends and neighbors, we are also engaging them in another remodel project. In the world of contracting, Level Team is leaps and bounds above all other companies. We recently added a large screened in porch and patio to our house. It was a large addition that was slated to take three months. From start to finish, Level Team always provided my husband and I with updated schedules and never left us in the dark. Also during those three months, one of the owners was always on site. The most unique quality of this company is their patience. It is not often that a company truly puts their clients needs first and has the motto, “ we are not satisfied until our customers are.” This was not the case with Level Team. They listened and made changes when needed. After the first blue print was presented, we added and subtracted some details. Level Team was always happy to make the changes and very supportive of our vision. One situation that highlights this testimony is when we were staining the beams on our ceiling. At the last minute, my husband and I decided we wanted to stain our ceiling vs. painting it. Level Team patiently explained to us that not all woods absorb stains the same. Because my husband and I were unsure about which direction to head, the owner bought every color of stain and brought us samples that he took the time paint. It made our decision so easy. I would recommend this company no matter the job!
