“Yesterday I woke to water all over my kitchen floor! Made a phone call to a few plumbing services! Noone had time ! I even had one company tell me they could fit me in in what would be five days from now! When I exclaimed I had water coming out all over my floor the person on the phone said " Don't you have a bucket???" Rudely I might add! Then I called Ray Page! A nice gentleman by the name of JP answered! I told him my story! He proceeded to tell me he may be able to get me in right away! He told me to hold on for a second! He came back to the phone and told me he could get me in between 12:00 and 2:00! Needless to say I was thrilled and relieved! I love their set-up! They send you a confirmation of the time..who your service worker will be and their picture! How cool is that! My service worker was Chris! I got a phone call saying Chris was done with previous job and could be there in about a half hour! Chris arrived shortly! He introduced himself went to look at the project and gave me plenty of options on products and pricing! I never felt strong-armed,.I always felt all decisions were mine! Chris got to work and was totally professional! He had a great work ethic and great sense of humor ! I appreciate both! Before long the job was done and the horrible situation was behind me! If I ever need a plumbing job done I am calling Ray Page FIRST!!!!! I think I will ask for Chris to do the job also! Prices were reasonable also! I'm just happy in every aspect of my choise!”

“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”
