Jay Baker of Top Tier Tile is the best. We contacted Jay about putting up a fireplace surround from the floor to the top of a seventeen foot vaulted ceiling. He came and looked at the layout. Less than a week later he was done. He had to take a day off because he worked around my schedule and even then the job was done in less than a week. The quality is unsurpassed. Jay showed particular attention to detail and communication. The job could not have gone more smoothly. He showed up when he said he would, did the job and at the end he cleaned the jobsite quite nicely. Jay does an amazing job in a timely and professional manner. He was responsive and tactful throughout the entire process at reasonable pricing. We had Jay install mosaic glass tile backsplashes in our kitchen and two bathrooms. He also fixed floor tiles and grout lines that were not installed properly by a different contractor. It was obvious that Jay takes pride in his work and I would recommend using Jay and Top Tier Tile to anybody looking for any sort of tile work, hands down.

Jay is very professional, keeps his word as to when he will call me back for scheduling, shows up on time, pays attention to detail, has good layout ideas, and does excellent work and price was very competitive. I couldn't have received a better backsplash tile job.
