Paul Cha was able to come into my apartment, assess my needs and create a space with a very nice flow: both welcoming and tranquil. He has superb and sophisticated taste, yet remains accessible and easy to talk to and he patiently explains and demystifies the home renovation process, which at times, can seem overwhelming. He is a perfectionist and has an incredible eye for detail. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul Cha Architect to anyone seeking a fresh and elegant home environment.

After floundering in the abyss of designer hell, we called on Cha and to say that we are pleased is an understatement. He so we incorporated our ideas and didn't fall into the trap of using clichéd or stale design ideas. Despite our unsightly and decrepit townhouse, Paul astutely transformed it into a luminous and exquisite home.
